â˘Ordered online, selected drive through pickup â˘speaker was broken â˘waited 20 minutes ⢠once helped, staff seemed confused and asked me some odd questions ⢠it was dark, but I looked in the bag and saw a sandwich and a smaller brown bag that could have contained my sides so I headed out ⢠got to the house and realized they gave me the wrong order and didnât add the Cinnabon treats I ordered and paid for
Itâs not worth driving all the way back to complain to the manager, now I know not to visit next time.

I donât know the name of the gentleman working today (12/6/25 @ 7:25 PM), but he was wearing a black jacket. He saw me struggling with my baby boy crying in the back, and my little girl trying her best to help calm him down. When he handed us our food, he was so kind . It truly touched both my heart and my daughterâsâespecially during the holidays. It really is the little things.

If you say Schlotzsky's is okay you're doing it wrong. First off, ignore the menu, go straight for the Original or the Original Deluxe and order double toasted. Do you like hot sauce and you like sandwiches? This is the place for you. In my top 10 sandwiches.
