Amazing experience! Chef Juan was quick, funny and attentive. Food was fresh and DELICIOUS!!! Their lunch specials are as much as a burger combo, but you cant compare a burger to the quality of a cuisine meal. Definitely going back.

If you have never been to Shogun do not come here for your first experience you would be disappointed. If you have ever been to Shogun in any other places still do not come here you will be disappointed. The service is ridiculous on a slow day and the sushi is basic. Sunnys sushi has more of a presentation than what I got for my volcano roll😒. Again this place is slow took us over an hour to get our appetizer. I ate my dinner before my appetizer🙄

Food was ok. Chef was good. Fried rice was extra when is primary side. Because of long cooking time food was somewhat cold when served. When bill came the charges were not detailed, probable so they could overcharge and only the very high total was much more than the food and service was worth.
I have been going to Shogun for years since it opened and it was great for years, but it has become very different under the current owner. After many visits I will not be returning

My biggest disappointment is that they don't present a clear ticket/tab/check. It's all manual, and the tip IS ALREADY INCLUDED, and they do not mention it to you. So BE AWARE! Other than that, the service and food are great.

Overall opinion on this “Hibachi” spot do NOT go there if you have any decent taste buds at all. Firstly we waited around an hour just for the chef to come cook our food. The wait was so long I was about to leave with just paying for drinks. The tricks were honestly okay but the worst part was the food. The food was barely edible, the noddles tasted like nasty ramen noodles. I don’t know what sauce they put on those but they need to change it ASAP! The rice needed flavor but was the most enjoyable food and that’s a far stretch. The chicken felt mushy and tasted like grilled chicken not a teriyaki flavor at all. The teriyaki sauce could be compared to a Walmart teriyaki sauce. The taste of the food did not justify the price of it. The only decent thing I could say about this restaurant was our waitress did a very good job. Definitely would NOT go back but to save the fish from the dirty tank.
The sushi is delicious. It was my first time here and the service was very good and kind. Chef recommended sushi rolls and did not disappoint. Definitely we will come back :)

Do NOT come here!!!! We had to ask for the rice to be put back and the scallops were burnt and not cooked steak was raw. The lady cooking kept walking off while cooking food had no flavor we paid $83 for this crap! Go else where we will be contacting the bbb on this place.

I can start by saying ive been a client for the past 5 years and never did i experience such a bad service from the cook until today. Ramon our cook for tonight was so unprofessional and rude throwing things to us not to mention he started drinking a beer with one of the person whom was he's friend which in the moment i could have called tabc for a worker to be drinking while cooking our dinner is just very unprofessional. The server was very polite and professional just Ramon was very rude and super unprofessional. Dont think ill go back in a while. Potential loose of clients.

This Place was a Joke with Steam Rice for their Teppan Grill and Fried Rice as an upcharge. The whole point of Teppan Grill is for the Fried Rice!! Blah!
