Amazing food. Addictive. This is becoming a regular place for me because it is just that good. I had the pork bowl and it is just spectacular which marries well with the beer of the day which is a local beer.

Amazing Ramen Experience at Silverlake Ramen – A Must-Visit Spot!
Silverlake Ramen truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, clean, and very welcoming.
The ramen was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. You can really tell that everything is made with care and high-quality ingredients. Each bite was comforting and satisfying.
The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain the menu and make recommendations. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our meal peacefully.
Dessert was the perfect way to finish the experience. It was beautifully presented, fresh, and balanced — not too sweet, just right.
Overall, Silverlake Ramen offers the full package: great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Whether you’re a ramen lover or visiting for the first time, this spot is definitely worth adding to your food itinerary. I highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back!

Absolutely loved the Ramen!! was my first time eating Ramen in El Paso and sure didn’t disappoint, the medium spicy was perfect for me since I love spicy food, would also recommend their dumplings, baos with chicken and draft beer just not the Edamame’s as they we’re too hard to eat, would come back again tho, super recommend😋

The hostess at the front told us we needed to wait in our car or outside in the freezing cold, we took our 2 children and handicap mother here and had to walk back halfway down the parking lot while they had open seating, I don’t appreciate the 30+ minute wait time, after getting frustrated after seeing people leave and come in we decided to take our food to go. We asked the hostess if we could take a side of chicken karaage to go and she said it was reserved for customers dining in, 30 seconds later another gentleman asks for chicken karaage to go and she allowed him. I would now rather make Samyang noodles at home and buy McDonald’s chicken nuggets than waste my time, and hard earned money to be treated unfairly. The upper management needs to apply more pressure to ensuring this place and its employees are all on the same page. This place was good when it opened… that’s where it stayed. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again. Especially after being a long term customer.

As soon as our group arrived, we were greeted and in a very friendly manner told to pick a seat. We were handed a menu, our drink order was taken..a few minutes was given to look over the menu...we ordered our food and it didn't take long to get our food, which was excellent. I ordered an appetizer but did not get full so I ordered a Ramen Noodle and this time the order was slow. I waited quite awhile to get my food. Not to sound petty but while I waited I noticed the staff hanging out, chatting and having a good time . BUT our waitress never neglected us with our refills and getting back to me and apologizing for my food order wait. Will I eat at Silver Lake again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Delicious!! Trying to get a refill on my drink was almost impossible though. I finished up with nothing to drink. I wasn't pleased with 2.50 for a tiny cup of weak tea.

Ultimately, you vote with your dollars.
Pros:
+ We absolutely loved it here. Ordered many times through Uber Eats and it is even better in person.
+ Shoyu on Fire, 10/10
Cons:
My family and I came here on 12/19 5pm, to celebrate a birthday.
The waiter, a young man took our orders. Usually service is outstanding, however after this experience, I am not sure that I want to come back.
I ordered a kid’s shoyu with noodles, avocado, and chili paste. Simple? Yes.
Our waiter, the young man, blatantly ignored my request and reminders that my order was missing the avocado and the chili paste. Waited 20+ minutes for an avocado and the chili paste never came. The waiter, the young man was dismissive, sarcastic, and literally just laughed his way through our interactions. He treated us as though we were an inconvenience despite the fact that we are paying customers, and this is his job.
The broth ended up cold, and the noodles were soggy as I waited for my items. Not to mention that my partner’s order never came out and we ended up cancelling it after so long.
I spoke to the manager, Robin about our waiter’s customer service. Her first attempt to problem shoot the situation was to ask if I had paid for my items as though I was insinuating some sort of compensation for the lack of brain function that this particular waiter had. I told her we already paid for our tab and I was simply providing feedback.
Dismissfully she stated she would speak to our waiter.
Long story short, your business is only as good as how you treat your customers.
Lucky for El Paso, there aren’t many worthwhile places to eat, therefore the bar for decent customer service is low.
I digress. Vote with your dollars.

I've been coming here for 4 years and my last visit was horrible the meat is very chewy pork chashu I asked for a different piece because it was small and the waitress literally did not care about fixing it the right way and the tonkotsu ramen had no umami flavor just tasted like they added soy sauce to make it taste good after 4 years probably will not be coming here
First time trying ramen and this was great! Really enjoyed it. Added extra spice and it just hit the spot

Usually this place is a 5/5 all category's. I got a Chicken Karaage Bowl. Chicken was amazing but the bottom of my bowls rice was clearly undercooked. Still sticky, crunchy and chewy.

Disappointingly expensive. Food was meh, service was meh. It was badically the panda express of ramen with over hyped prices. Do not go, do not waste your money.
