Good parking. Food is pricey but very tasty. Ingredients are fresh, no complaints. Service leaves A LOT to be desired. Folks behind the counter seem very distracted, we had to ask for basic things like ketchup and ranch more than once. We came to try the Hot Cheetos burger and it didn't disappoint but we likely won't return because the service is abysmal 2.75 stars

Really enjoyed being able to choose from 2 different restaurants at the same place. We got the chicken gyro salad, a burger with waffle fries, and chicken stripe with fries. Everyone enjoyed their food (forgot to take pictures before digging in).

First time. I am finicky but This classic burger (double meat & cheese)is my absolute new favorite! It beats out many burgers around town. It was very flavorful it tasted like beef. I was very surprised, So good-the bun & veggies were fresh, Thank you♥️ we will be back! My nephew had the green chile burger he said it was very good too.

Went on Sunday to get some to go food for the football games and take it back home. Sign says open at 11:00 am was there about 10:55 am it was after 11:00 and we called and heard someone pick up the phone and hang up. Called again and it would ring and ring and ring then the automated system came on and said please enter your code. Called again same thing happened. There was also other people waiting to open. It was 11:25 and still not open. We ended up leaving would have been our first time there. Don’t think we’ll be going for a first again. Cars were parked outside and inside lights were on but the open sign was off. To your response I have the recording where it does ask for a code to punch in if you think I am lying if you were open then why no one answered did you review that video or just what you wanted? Did you ask why we got hung up on ? Did you review that footage? Did you also reviews the footage where we were not the only ones outside waiting? Did you review the time it was still? Did you notice the open sign was not on your slap burger? Only on Gryos side? For someone that has never been here how are we supposed to know that it’s 2 restaurants when they both have different connect numbers?? What else did you review that only you fail to mention in your response?

Let me just say this was the absolute best burger I have ever had! I ordered the slap burger with the ribeye man it was so good! Great flavors ,moist and juicy but not too much where it was dripping. The meat wasn't dry at all , and the sauce on it was amazing! I also ordered the side of the jalapeño poppers which were spectacular!! The cheese was super delicious not powdery or processed texture. They were a perfect pair with the burger. The place was very clean and the service and manager was very attentive and on their game. We had a great experience, honestly I've already recommended this place to so many people! Definitely cant wait to go back, so glad I found an awesome burger joint 😋 next time ill try out the shakes too!! 😋 🙌

It’s not your typical burger joint. They really make your food once you are done ordering. You could smell the burgers being cooked. The food was delicious, the fries were good, I had the regular fries and everything was seasoned perfectly. There was a little wait time for the food, but it was because like I said they make the food as soon as you order it. One of the best burger joints so far here in El Paso.

Ordered to go through DoorDash and when I arrived to pick up my order was incomplete. I asked for my drinks and had to wait over 10 minutes to get 3 drinks with no ice lol! I asked for a drink carrier and they couldn’t offer one. This place is out of simple things and the burgers we got all had old lettuce to top it off. Stick to Frisco Burger they’ve been on point for over 20 years.

Was craving queso fries came into slap burger let me tell you!!! Waffle queso fries and slap burger both are to die for!!!!! Great customer service great food what more can you ask for on a Saturday!!! 100% recommend
