Decent spot to grab a bite to eat. My husband got the burger and said it was good, fries had a weird beer after taste. I got the salad. Flavor was good, only weird thing was the chicken was grilled and then fried? Kind of weird to fry grilled chicken. Overall though it was a decent spot to stop for food.

Let’s first start with the freaking awesome costumer service by the hostess and waitress Seiry - she was so welcoming and answered our million questions about the menu.The TACOS ARE BOMB!!!! And the zucchini fries are the best in town! I highly suggest coming in on Tuesdays when they have $2 shrimp tacos - best part of my week!

I would have shared a picture but the food was devoured. I had delivery and take out before. But the food is exceptional, I mean meat cooked to perfection and not to mention the jalapeño they roast is so lovely. I love you all so much and thank you for being able to make my food with love! This will always be my favorite establishment.

(RATING 3.5 stars) My husband and I stopped into Smash N Roll later in the evening on a Thursday night recently. We had been on the road all day and stumbled upon Smash N Roll on our way to our hotel in El Paso. We were warmly greeted by the young lady taking orders and running the register. She informed us of the specials for the day (which change daily, so be sure to read the board as you walk in) and was super patient with all of our questions. She was definitely the highlight to our visit at Smash N Roll in which she went above and beyond to ensure we had a good meal after a long day and as first time visitors in El Paso. Though the spot is set up like a quick service establishment, we were checked on frequently and attended to as if it were a table service restaurant. Excellent service! My husband and I both ordered a Smash Burger. Each of the burgers came with fries, though my husband upgraded to zucchini sticks. Our burgers were prepared well and tasted great. Their smash sauce complemented the burger well. Fries could have benefited from being in the fryer a little longer, but were edible. Definitely an above average burger spot that justified the price and quality of the food. Overall a good experience for a late night meal. We would visit Smash N Roll again and anticipate we may have even better food if we didn't come in so close to their closing time.

I think this place has a lot of potential as some have suggested. Although it is hidden in the Monticello area, the vibe and atmosphere were great, the food tasted good, the music was awesome and the staff was friendly. The do serve beer and wine but the assortment is very small. But still, if you're looking for a chill vibe with some friends this place is worth a shot. There are some harsh comments from some reviewers but I just think it's the social media effect where people feel they can be overly harsh and critical. I definitely say give this place a shot and we will most certainly be back. The smash sauce is awesome!!

This place has a lot of potential. The tacos and burger we ate were very delicious. The beer was nice and cold and was nicely enjoyed outside on their patio area. There's plenty of seating inside and out. The employees and chef were all very friendly and welcoming. This is a good place to enjoy a meal and drinks outside with some friends or family. The only downside is that it's located underneath the Montecillo area apts but there seems to be enough parking for the business.

A bit overhyped. While the burgers tasted great, there are definitely places in El Paso for a better burger at the price Smash N' Roll charges or cheaper. Fries tasted like they were reheated and stale, but the gentleman who served us was kind enough to give us a fresher batch. Definitely an improvement but still lacking in taste. Customer service was the strong point here and I'd honestly give it another shot just because of it.

I'm not sure how to feel about this place. Honestly they did a lot of good things and some things I was not to thrilled about. Let's start off with their salsas, their red and green salsa is delicious. Their burger definitely tasted like it was pre packaged. I wasn't too thrilled about the chicken sandwich, just seemed really thin. The presentation of the food was really nice too. The fries were soggy as can be.
