Very very good. Ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The gentleman working are super polite and check in to make sure everything is good. Never seen a food trucker take that extra step to check on their customers. Highly recommend. If I were pass through El Paso again, definitely coming back.
I have watched this man demonstrate how to help thousands of people cook great BBQ and not to be afraid to make your own sausages, ribs, bacon, or brisket! I had the pleasure to stop by his family establishment today. I wasn't able to see Joe himself, but I did get to meet his wonderful brother! Best brisket I ever had. The Oklahoma burger was on point. The smoke chicken was very good. The chile relleno Sausage was fantastic. Everthing was great. Will definitely go back to taste everything else on the menu.
