It was great meeting Alan who helped me decide what to get. Because everything looked good but I was looking for a certain taste & things that would help me. So I got the Angel Food, and added a Energy Boost & Immune Support added. It turned out delicious . I will definitely keep on coming here. Especially when U have someone like Alan who knows his stuff, and was so welcoming and helpful.

I can agree with Ruby talking about the Manger Alan my daughter comes home crying about how her manager is basically threatening to fire her. I feel like instead of Alan doing all this he could sit down and have a normal, civilized conversation. Instead he basically scares them away. Super unprofessional. It’s sad to see that a manager that someone has to trust when they are at a work place can be so harsh and talk to these teenagers in such a way. The fact that someone is getting in trouble for go to the restroom for 5 mins they get threatened to get fired. Can people not take restroom breaks now a days? Anyways I would love someone to talk to The manager Alan because this is unacceptable.

This occurred on August 30th at 8pm, three employees were working.
I rolled into the drive thru, and was totally ignored at the speaker. They shut the exterior lights off to make it look closed. When I placed my order inside, I was not greeted, the employees were all rude, I guess they were trying to get out early on a Saturday.
I put the order in, and WHILE IM WAITING IN THE LOBBY they shut the lights off in the place. How ridiculous. I collected my order and said thank you, I got no response apparently I’m not allowed to order an hour before closing, these ladies were very upset.
The cashier was named Star but honestly they all had terrible customer service. Smoothies were good though lol

I visited this Smoothie King location yesterday and witnessed something that really showed the professionalism of the team. Two workers (both young women) handled a very difficult situation with patience and respect. Two customers were being extremely rude and raising their voices over a refund issue that wasn’t the workers’ fault at all—it was simply how the payment system works and policy requires the same card for refunds.
Despite being spoken to disrespectfully, the staff stayed calm, polite, and tried to help within the rules. They didn’t deserve the way those customers acted. I’m writing this review to support those workers and make sure their effort and professionalism don’t go unnoticed.

I come here for a quick drink and never have any problems until today my experience was horrible. We arrived at the drive-thru at 8:20, waited 10 minutes, no one answered so we got down and then placed our order. The staff seemed rushed, and the manager, Aisha, was short-tempered.When we requested a refund after paying with Apple Pay, Aisha became agitated, raising her voice and demanding the physical card. Despite our previous successful refunds via Apple Pay, she insisted it wasn’t possible without the card. We ended up keeping our drinks since a refund wasn’t an option. What made matters worse was the staff’s behavior while we waited for our drinks was disrespectful, Aisha the manger and Andrea appeared to be mocking us, making comments about closing time (it was 8:30 when our drinks were ready). To add insult, the order was made incorrect. Very disrespectful ladies.
