I visited this Smoothie King location yesterday and witnessed something that really showed the professionalism of the team. Two workers (both young women) handled a very difficult situation with patience and respect. Two customers were being extremely rude and raising their voices over a refund issue that wasn’t the workers’ fault at all—it was simply how the payment system works and policy requires the same card for refunds.

Hi 👋🏼 I usually pass by this location and staff is always great. Today the man in the drive thru made my day by showing me the rewards in my app 🥰 please thank him for me …💪🏼 he mentioned his name and super helpful but I was too distracted getting ready to pickup my daughter.
