Do not come here I had order on uber eats they charged me $43 and didn’t send full order and they don’t wat to give money back I went today in person they got my order wrong and when I gave them my card the guy charged me a $5 tip without asking and still got my order wrong Never again

The smoothies and other snacks are amazing and the place it self was great but last Sunday i went to get a smoothie for my sick son i ordered what i always order and was given a green smoothie i told the guy tgis is wrong and he said nope thats waht u ordered so i was ok maybe my son ordered a different one and i didnt realize but no i got home my son says thats not the right one so i go back he very rudely says thats what u ordered si i proceeded on showi g him picture he then says ok i heard wrong so he makes a different one . I had ordered the mango papaya ginger one so he gives me a second smoothie color looks a little light but im like ok take it home my son takes 3 drinks and his throat starts sweelling his allergic to pinapple so i call i tell him what happend he says nipe i gave u right one and hangs up so i go again and hes rude as hell i asked to speak to manager he says im the general manager and refuses to give me his name or the name of who ever is in charge of him he refuse to return my money so i asked the ither employee Samntha to make my sons smoothies since shes the one that always made them and i never had any problems with her and boom she make the correct one with no issues but as of Today still have not gotten a call from anyone . Worst service ever with that general manager hes a tall white man with glasses so if the one incharge sees this post you need to retrain your manager ..

Sorry but this location needs employees that care about working there and that have better hygiene. The employees looked like they got out of bed using the same uniform from the day before and just came in. They speak to you with out even looking your way. I say if you hate your job just quit.

The posted hours for Saturday states they open at 8am. I came at 8am & the place was closed. I left to run a fews & returned at 9am only to find the place still closed. As I arrived I saw an employee walk up & she pulled on the door but it was still locked. I could clearly see she was calling someone on her cell but no one came to the door. What a shame to have this nice location but such poor service.

Didn’t receive a receipt after asking for one and the math wasn’t matching with the price 🤔 but had to leave in a hurry for work so did not have time to ask for a receipt a third time

First time ever at any Smoothie King. Location looks brand new even though they've been here a few years. Good upkeep of facility is always a huge plus! The staff was courteous, and friendly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in providing information on their menu items and ingredients. Our bowls were delicious, healthy and best of all tasted fresh. Top-notch staff, great product, great location, what more could you ask for? Definitely coming back, 100% recommended.
