Today was Buy one smothie dude perfect and tell me jobs don't small only large 32 oz. The smoothie very ☹️very hot. I'm thinking where have the ice ?I went to buy a smoothie and the first thing they told me was only 32oz sizes. The shake is hot. The employees are very friendly but they have no knowledge of how to do their jobs ?

In town for work and had to get my smoothie fix. What I was amazed at, was the lack of convenient smoothie kings. Took a hot minute to drive here but that's not their fault. Just need some more that aren't on base. (Ft. Bliss is here)Came in, was greeted immediately and asked where I needed. Guy was beyond polite and the location is newer and pretty dang nice.Got my strawberry hulk, took some photos for you, and carried on.One thing that needs to be mentioned is how abhorrent the new app is. I absolutely hate it. Hope SK corporate reads this and fixes it.Great smoothie, per the norm, nice folks. Will come back.

Every time I go they can NEVER make me my açaí bowl. Three times already it has happened to me. This is pretty ridiculous. I’m not sure if the workers are just lazy or if they really are missing all the ingredients.. like I said , ridiculous. Need to hire new staff because your recent are no help.

I keep giving this place so many chances but I’m finally done. Everytime I order the smoothie bowls online they never pay attention to the substitutions, when we pay extra. Past two times I visited they are out of strawberries and blueberries. No greeting or acknowledgment from both employees. One just hiding in the back office. There needs to be changes for this place to last.

Place is so good! But they never have smoothie(açaí) bowls available! So annoying! I make a 20 minute drive because it is so good and 3 times out of 5 they never have some!
