Great food, great service, modern, clean restaurant! Family owned restaurant. Food cooked from scratch by Sofia and trusted cook. Daughter served me with a smile and attention to detail. Lots of regulars dropping in for pick-up or a quiet lunch. I had carne asada tacos which came with a baked potato! Chips and salsa legit. Complimentary soup while I waited. Extra large to go cup of Arnold Palmer for my long drive back to the west side. Sofia's is on par with Peppe's in Canutillo, which is high praise in my circles. If you are in the south valley, do not miss Sofias!

Hello, I'm telling you why there have been several occasions when I go and the lady, in order to save money, grabs things from the pantry. And on some occasions they are spoiled and the dishes are high and have almost no portion, and besides, they don't refrigerate them well. They are ruined. The other time I went for a Menudo and they gave it to me with bagged bread, sandwich bread. If they are going to have a restaurant, it is so that at least they do things well and buy them of better quality. I will never set foot again. in that restaurant!!!!

Sofia is always here and when you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and welcome from her, her daughter Nancy, and the comforting home-town atmosphere. I always feel like I’m inside a huge family dining room. My go-to is the Plato Mexicana and it never disappoints. Their burritos, flautas, burgers, enchiladas, and breakfast items are also really good. These are just our normal orders but everything is phenomenal. Love that they also bring you chips and salsa with a cup of whatever caldo they have that day (menudo, Fideo, posole, etc.). Will forever be loyal customers here, and you won’t regret if you are too.
Parking: Good size lot but when it gets packed you can park in the lot on the other side of the wall

Sofia is always here and when you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and welcome from her, her daughter Nancy, and the comforting home-town atmosphere. I always feel like I’m inside a huge family dining room. My go-to is the Plato Mexicana and it never disappoints. Their burritos, flautas, burgers, enchiladas, and breakfast items are also really good. These are just our normal orders but everything is phenomenal. Love that they also bring you chips and salsa with a cup of whatever caldo they have that day (menudo, Fideo, posole, etc.). Will forever be loyal customers here, and you won’t regret if you are too.
