The young lady who worked the drive thru (on 11/17/24 around 1230) was just worthless. Couldn't get their order right and just said sorry and closed the window lol.

The fact that they dont have apple pay or tap pay is a bummer its 2024 the company needs to do better I sat out in a stall ordering my stuff through the app that glitches terribly…I asked for snickers in my blizzard and was not told at the window when I was originally going to pay with my apple pay so I tried finding it in the app and there was no snickers to select well I said I already ordered it they probably already have it made Im not going to skimp out so I selected the truffle just to pay for at least some of the inventory…it was just a bitter taste in the entire process…sonic needs to do better I never come here and today I wanted a strawberry limeade and a sonic blast…im now home and theres no truffle inside my blast Im very disappointed in this quality of service

They were friendly, but upon arriving home, I realized I was overcharged! I was charged $7.49 when the menu stated $6.59 ? Upon calling, I received an unusual excuse. No apology or anything ?
