Horrible service they stole money from me! The girl told me that they would return my money on my card and instead they charged me twice. July 10,2025 @ 4:31pm charged me $12+ for 2 small slushes and 1 mini blast during happy hour. They are supposed to return $6+ and nothing

Shoutout to Lizeth who assisted me with phone order. As I was trying to create an online order to make it easier and have everything ready for pickup on my way to work. Unfortunately, the site was giving me an error at checkout. When I called to confirm if the order had been submitted online, Lizeth informed me that nothing had processed yet. However, she offered to help me with the order and that if the online order was on a submission delay, she would just cancel. She provided me with a solution and great service!

We've been coming here for years. We have never had a bad experience. Today was an exception. All the slushies /frozen drinks tasted moldy and had a weird smell taste. I asked if we can switch out to a regular ocean water hoping it was different. The lady said no. I asked the manager she said no. We just wanted some cold drinks. So I had to ask for a refund. Upon giving her the drinks in the holder. She made it difficult and started to take them out one by one. The whole while I was holding the the drink holder. Then she slamed the window shut saying you will see your refund in 2- 3 week. I stayed and said no I will wait for my refund receipt now please. This could have been handled by them very differently. I was not rude for demanding. I simply stated the awkward taste and asked for an exchange.
