40 minutes just for sonic blast,literally it was just that.
When we receive it,it was melted plus with a taste of another flavor that I don’t order,and another thing it’s that the cup has a leak on the side.

This was I believe one of the worst take out experiences I have every had. To start, my family and I were in one of the stalls and we placed our order at 1:23 pm and we waited almost 1 hour for our food and still didn’t receive our order. Then we asked if they knew how much longer and the lady we talked to said you still haven’t received your order? I responded with no and that it’s obnoxious to wait an hour for food that is supposed to be “fast”, but when we received our order, the food was cold! Then we all wanted ice cream and got it right away but it was melted! Me and my family were so disappointed and threw away the ice cream. Unbelievable how a restaurant that is labeled as a fast food joint is taking a whole hour.

I can’t believe no one in Sonic especially in a border town like El Paso no one speaks Spanish! Sonic at Zaragoza! My wife tried to order and the only response they gave her was no one here speaks Spanish!

Short line took 40 minutes just to find out that there were no bananas for the milkshake and lady still tried charging me for them.

Time I went was 11:43pm on oct, 30 the staff is just teens messng aroundthe wait time was ridiculous didnt even get an answer on the speaker until 30 minutes later.
My drink tasted like dirty stale water. I had already headed home by the time I tried it so my drink went right in the trash, waste of money.

Still one of the worst Sonic out there. They always take so long with take out orders. They always prioritize Drive thru over take out orders. The only good Sonic out there are the Locations on John Hayes and Eastlake.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went to this Sonic around 6:10 PM and ordered food for my kids, which their meals included two small fries. I found out that the fries were completely missing from the order, I brought it to their attention and ended up waiting 40 minutes, and still nothing. So I drove to the drive thru. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, not only did they not apologize, but they were also rude and dismissive—as if it was my fault for expecting the full order I paid for. No explanation, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism and NO APOLOGY!
Waiting that long for missing food, with zero accountability from the staff, is just unacceptable, especially when it's your kids’ meals that get messed up. I won't be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is THE WORST location in El Paso! I waited for 45 minutes last night and NEVER got my order. They had people parked and waiting on food. Some people got fed up and drove off. I told the girl I was a diabetic, either give me my food or my money back. She took our receipts (my passengers and I), claiming they needed to "remake" the order. My passenger got their order but I didn't get mine. The manager refused to speak to anyone and locked the doors. TERRIBLE. I called three times today and each time the girl acted like she couldn't hear me when I asked to speak to the manager. She kept hanging up in my face! That's okay, I called corporate since you want to play games. El Paso avoid this location at all costs!
