Still one of the worst Sonic out there. They always take so long with take out orders. They always prioritize Drive thru over take out orders. The only good Sonic out there are the Locations on John Hayes and Eastlake.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went to this Sonic around 6:10 PM and ordered food for my kids, which their meals included two small fries. I found out that the fries were completely missing from the order, I brought it to their attention and ended up waiting 40 minutes, and still nothing. So I drove to the drive thru. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, not only did they not apologize, but they were also rude and dismissive—as if it was my fault for expecting the full order I paid for. No explanation, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism and NO APOLOGY!
Waiting that long for missing food, with zero accountability from the staff, is just unacceptable, especially when it's your kids’ meals that get messed up. I won't be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is THE WORST location in El Paso! I waited for 45 minutes last night and NEVER got my order. They had people parked and waiting on food. Some people got fed up and drove off. I told the girl I was a diabetic, either give me my food or my money back. She took our receipts (my passengers and I), claiming they needed to "remake" the order. My passenger got their order but I didn't get mine. The manager refused to speak to anyone and locked the doors. TERRIBLE. I called three times today and each time the girl acted like she couldn't hear me when I asked to speak to the manager. She kept hanging up in my face! That's okay, I called corporate since you want to play games. El Paso avoid this location at all costs!

We didn't even order that much. It was one kids meal n two adult. The wait was fair. The food was horrible. It was old burnt bacon bread was so old it was rubbery. Pickles were nasty soggy. Fries were old and cold. Onion rings were like double fried. As if they were old and were refried. The girl came out with one ketchup and no change. I was disappointed because I love Sonic especially their tots. Actually out of what I paid for thats all I ate. Not even my baby ate his food. So sad 😞

I ordered the smash burger with fries .The burger was one of the worst burger I had in my life. The fries were dry and .not good at all. It was the worst meal I've had in a while. I don't know if was the location I went to but I was very disappointed.

We went this evening to grab a quick bite. Our burgers were cold, and fries tasted like they'd been sitting there. We ordered a master cheesecake shake and all we got was vanilla ice cream.
Ordered 4 shakes not even food and still waiting over 30 min and when asked to cancel the order the lady in the store had the audacity to give attitude… when she came outside not even a sorry or anything just a I don’t know what happened

Horrible horrible service!! It was a dead Monday night at 7:45. Placed an order for only 2 milkshakes and 1 slushie took over 20 minutes when I called to ask why it was taking so long they just said sorry we will start working on that order now! Never going back to this location!!
