I ordered the smash burger with fries .The burger was one of the worst burger I had in my life. The fries were dry and .not good at all. It was the worst meal I've had in a while. I don't know if was the location I went to but I was very disappointed.

We placed an online order, and when I received my order I got strawberry-lime made instead of Cherry-lime made, my girlfriend is allergic to strawberries and thank god I drank her drink before she did. I immediately called and went to the store and when i got there, she wanted my receipt and no apology or sympathy. I’m never coming back to this location

Tell them it’s a pick up order for my name then I go to the window telling me I need pay amount after I payed it on online. Then I receive my order and everything is completely wrong the drinks weren’t even my order I got cherry limeade and I get strawberry also the fries taste like cinnamon. It seems every time I go they messed up at least one thing.don’t recommend going to that location at montwood.
