My shake wasn't what I expected. 1. It wasn't filled like it usually is. The tip of the whipped cream barely peaked above the top of the cup. 2. It was supposed to have chocolate whipped cream, not vanilla, for a chocolate covered strawberries shake. Burger and fries were perfect.

I usually enjoy coming here, as the food and goodies are really good, but tonight I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered food about 10 minutes ago and I got the new BBQ burger with two patties expecting to get a decent amount of pork and unfortunately to my surprise, there was almost no pork on my burger! Not only that but hardly any fries and the drinks we ordered weren't even filled all the way. I spent about 45 dollars on food that wasn't even filled all the way and a burger that had very little pork unlike shown. They drowned it in BBQ sauce which is no problem at all but I just wished there was more pork as I expected! I was pretty hungry tonight and expected something different then what I got. I'm quite disappointed. I hope you guys can fill your fries more and fill your burgers more then a small dollop. For 45 bucks this was very disappointing.

We got there 30 minute before closing and they saw us park 5 minutes and then told us they were closed. Google states that they close at 1 am and made us waste time wanting to order then tell us that they’re closed. They should really update their hours before I drove up thinking they’d close at 1 am. Very unprofessional. I’m totally done with Sonic.

Never had an issue here until I went today 1/02/2024 at 11pm where the rude guy on drive thru yelled at us all nasty after not hearing what he said ONCE. Look idk where they find them but if you don’t want to work there then quit and if you stay it’s clear you need the job so act like it. I work at a food place and would never act as miserable to customers like this guy. Go to the sonic on edgemere right in front of El Dorado instead much better service with not miserable people.

It was not busy at all in the evening, the service was excellent and the food was good. While we were ordering we had asked for two shakes but the staff member taking our order did not write it down. So our order came out without them, but they quickly corrected it and charged us for the shakes and brought them out immediately. So I recommend to speak slow and clearly when placing your order. But again the staff was nice and the food is as expectedParking: Always lots of parking

All I wanted was to get my wife and daughter some ice cream, and not only did it take 8 minutes to get a shake and a sundae, but everyone inside, on their phone. I think these tik tok teens should be working for tik tok instead. Maybe they’d have a little bit more pride in what they do. Won’t be back. Manager should be ashamed of themselves.

Went thru the drive thru at 11:00 pm 9/23/2023 repeatedly kept saying hello we were ready to order. Drove to the window 2 girls there chatting away let them know we were calling them and they didn’t answer. The girl’s response was oh no. No apology! And after we got home we noticed we didn’t receive the mozzarella sticks we had ordered. Never had a problem here until today.
