Waiting 40 minutes on my mobile order, just to come out and tell me that there is no ice cream. White, they were just talking to each other and playing around.They wanted to replace all my ordee with drinks. I honestly prefer to leave that wait more.Realy poor service

We came in 4 hours before they were closing and they told us that they weren’t serving anymore ice cream. They’re just being lazy and don’t want to do their job. I understand like 10 minutes before closing, but the fact that they’re doing it FOUR hours before is absurd. Lazy workers with bad attitudes
Worst sonic I’ve been too. I understand fast food can get busy , but they were awful. Nearly an hour wait for 3 DRINKS and 2 chili cheese wraps. Drive thru lady was rude and angry when we were being patient and nice. Then I got the drink and it was out.
This place is just awful. I don't know how many times they’re going to mess up my order. They take 30 minutes just to bring out 2 drinks i ordered online and even after pressing the button they still take 10+ minutes to bring it out. Always forgetting to add the sauce for items like the pickle fries and the drinks are always gross as if they don't change them. I was waiting 30 minutes for an order and when i had let them know how long its been they brought it out in a second but it was COLD! i know it was sitting under the lamp. the shake was watery and on top of that they still forgot a drink of mine! it happens every single time i go here. I’ve called about 3 times and nothing has improved.
