Ordered ahead using the app to have lunch with my wife where she works. When I pulled out my food, in the parking lot my coney was not made correctly. I ordered mustard, onions and pickles (pickles aren’t free) to be added to my hot dog. Very disappointed with this location. It’s not the first time this has occurred when I get food from here. I’ve learned my lesson, this was the last time I order from this Sonic.

Dustin was an extremely rude little boy! I should never have to ask for my change, no matter if it's 2 dollars or 2 cents, and i should not have to hear rude comments about it. If he did his job right the first time there would have been no issue, they already knew i was paying cash.

The young gentleman on the speaker was very rude. We didn’t even get to continue ordering our dinner. And on top of that we got the wrong order. They need to pay attention to their customers. The food my kids didn’t eat because we ordered kids meals. And they didn’t get that. They got adult hamburgers with everything on it. The slushies had no flavoring or nerds in them. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Food is a mess EVERY time ordered. I paid for bacon, and didn't get it, the bun is always torn, you get tator tots that are rock hard mixed in with fresh ones. This was my last order from Sonic. Keep serving trash and wonder why your business closes!!

I got the #11 chicken sandwich was really disappointed . Mozzarella sticks were hard they didn't wanna replace them .Would probably never go back to this location on
Drive thru order Ordered Footlong coney mustard only Tater tots Sweet tea
Was given unsweetened tea. Went back to correct and still gave me unsweetened tea . Food was inedible. Bun was old and broke apart, Coney was burned Tater tots were hard and cold.
Returned to store to file complaint and get refund. 👎👎👎👎👎
