Bought a 5 sonic blasts…. 4 Reese’s, 1 Oreo…. My boi there was no crumble or cookies in the blast super bad barely any crumble…. Like a sprinkle on top on each sonic blast and all on that as well all the employees are laughing and joking around in the back no gloves or anything like come on that’s while not worth it!!! Dairy Queen is always better no matter how many times I go to sonic Dairy Queen always do me right

Was parked for a while, pressed the order button and no one ever took our order. Workers walked outside to other vehicles and never cared to check on us. If devices are broken then they should be blocked so vehicles don’t park there to order.

Sonic food quality has been in a decline for years. Bought some chili cheese fries and didn't know they had switched to crinkle fries. Horrible fries , burt and old soaked in grease. Their burgers at one point were so good but every time I buy them now they're so sloppy and quality is subpar. Mediocre is what Sonic is now.
Food is great but the service is so slow it always takes at least 15 to 30 min to go through the drive through and for get being in the car hop 😔

Paid 30 dollars to get old hard nasty food, and when we asked them re do it, it was all the same items, just refried the onion rings and French fries and got the order wrong the second time. Going home hungry.
