NASTY! I saw them drop the metal cone they put on top of cups on the floor , they picked it up and put it back infront of machine without even rinsing it. I got my money back and left. Never going back!

Ordered 3 corndogs and asked for ketchup and mustard with them, I only received 3 ketchup 3 mustard which I don’t know bout you but it’s not enough for me so when I asked Jacob(the server) for more ketchup he kinda got upset, and I wonder where the customer service is anymore…

This is honestly the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to. I place my drink orders over the app when I’m about to leave my house on my way to work, which is about a 10 minute drive to avoid having to wait for my order once I get there. Mind you this is NOT at peak hours. This is at almost 11 pm at night. It’s rare that there’s ever any customers at that time yet I’ve still had to wait up to 15 minutes after arriving which is about 25 minutes after placing the order, for a drink! That’s beyond ridiculous! Not only that but they sometimes give me unsweet tea because they’re out of sweet tea because they’re cleaning up already. They don’t even ask, just give me what they have.
