Ordered AND paid for a large drink. They supposedly ran out of large cups so I was given a medium drink and they didn’t refund the difference. Customer service came through and helped.

This sonic is great, it's summer and the sonic on Edgemere is full of stupid kids who think the equivalent of a $5 drink is the same as a $2 drink. They never get my order wrong here! It's never watered down! And I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!! I love y'all! Great job guys!

A blonde girl kept giving me attitude when I asked for ranch she rolled her eyes and was being disrespectful by almost tossing the ranch in my hand other than that the food was decent I just wish she had better customer service when i ask nicely for ranch

Went through the drive thru and ordered a chili cheese coney. The hot dog was way overcooked, the bun was stale and there was barely any chili or cheese on it. When I got to the window, there was an employee preparing food and drinks. She had long hair that went below her waist and she did not have it tied back or put up. Disgusting!

With one person in front of me who only got drinks. I waited 20 minutes on drive thru and they ended giving me my order wrong. Girl at the window gave me my bag and walked away from the window so I had to still park and get off to get my food right. I was charge quick though I wasn’t even at the window yet and someone was already out to get my payment while the car in front was getting charge as well.
