I went to stall #14 they never answered. Then I went on the drive through and she asked me twice if I wanted cheese on my burger. When I get the burger, there's no cheese. Then gives me fries in all my orders when I had asked for tater tots. No marinara for my mozzarella sticks. No ranch for my jalapeno poppers. No fork for my chili cheese fries.

Waited in drive-thru for 30 Minutes. I get you guys have a bunch of children working there but they can learn. Whoever is training them needs to retrain all of them. My food was cold I asked for fries got tots. I asked for a cherry limeade and got a coke. My toast was burnt. When I called the employee had no idea what to say or do. I asked if I can get a refund or my food remade. She was so clueless. There was no manager to talk to. Crazy town.

Two young ladies at the drive through super efficient. However……it was very frustrating and sad to see the other employees in the back on their phones, huddled and laughing. Took 20 min to get my one burger that I ordered. Quality of burger was horrible. No effort at all to have good customer service. Not coming back!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an online order through the website. Showed up at the time it said it would be ready. Checked In through the website and waited 25 minutes in the stall I checked on, before I had to call. They said my order wasn’t showing up, but while I was still on the phone the manager brought out my order. WOMP WOMP! This isn’t the first time I experience terrible service at this location, but it will definitely be the last time. Don’t waste YOUR time, because time is money. It ain’t worth your time or money.
Placed an order for one drink with the app at 2:47. Checked in at 2:50, after waiting in the stall for twenty minutes I went to the drive thru, told them I had been waiting a long time, and finally at 3:19 got my drink with no apologies, no nothing. There were tons of employees talking inside, it wasn’t busy, just miserable service.

I stopped by this location on a Monday, around 12:40ish PM. I parked to order, pressed the red button, and waited for about 10 minutes. No one took my order. The screen just showed to wait until someone takes my order. I left at that point. I’ll never go back to this location. I believe there was only two other vehicles parked. It wasn’t even busy.

Literally just left here with my Oreo sonic blast with extra Oreo. It cost an extra .80 cents for extra Oreo which is no problem. The problem is they put the extra right on top in the lid which I though was strange so I got home and poured it out in a bowl and there was absolutely no Oreo in about 3/4s of my blast. It was just straight vanilla ice cream. And they put some Oreo on top to hide it. I’ll never go here again. Dairy Queen is close enough.
