Literally just left here with my Oreo sonic blast with extra Oreo. It cost an extra .80 cents for extra Oreo which is no problem. The problem is they put the extra right on top in the lid which I though was strange so I got home and poured it out in a bowl and there was absolutely no Oreo in about 3/4s of my blast. It was just straight vanilla ice cream. And they put some Oreo on top to hide it. I’ll never go here again. Dairy Queen is close enough.

So my buddy went got his burger form this Sonic and I went shortly after he did and got my drink and mozzarella sticks and burger the young lady working the window very rude opened the window said here then shut it after handing our food lack of customer service like at least said hello or something wasn’t even busy my buddy and I and maybe one other person there. Then we went to his house and bit into our food and our food was raw lot of pink in the burgers tasted horrible also barely any sauce on it. Was definitely a disappointment experience from my favorite restaurant.

I’m traveling through went to walk up order board waited 10 minutes and no answer not acknowledged I watched her walk in and out did not welcome me nor acknowledge me watched 2 more workers walk in and no one answered. Well not return. Sonic do better teach your staff how to have customer service, and to clean it’s so dirty.

On July 20, 2025 I stopped at sonic located at 14510 pebble hills and waited at the drive through behind a car for almost 30 minutes and no one would help, I proceeded to go to the red buttons but same thing nearly 20 minutes passed by and no one answered. By that tim there was more cars just standing in line without being helped. I decided to leave but it was such an inconvenience waiting almost an hour and having to leave because no one helped. After hours it is always a hit or miss with receiving great service from the drive-thru cashiers. This happens very often and they always mess up the order .
Took 25 minutes to get 3 drinks… you read that right 25 minutes for 3 drinks. Management should check the staff working on 07/13/2025 between 6:55pm and 7:30pm. That staff needs to go; the whole crew is horrible. Help them get a job somewhere else where making a soft drink is not the hardest part of their job… not sure what job that is, but this task was too hard for this particular crew. Long story short we had to talk to 3 different people before we were able to get the drinks and go.

Don’t go late expecting anything but to see kids getting paid to show each other videos on their phone even had the drive through screen off waste a couple minutes and go give your money to the edgemere location not these entitled brats

Ordered AND paid for a large drink. They supposedly ran out of large cups so I was given a medium drink and they didn’t refund the difference. Customer service came through and helped.

This sonic is great, it's summer and the sonic on Edgemere is full of stupid kids who think the equivalent of a $5 drink is the same as a $2 drink. They never get my order wrong here! It's never watered down! And I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!! I love y'all! Great job guys!
