I ordered my food around 3:40 only to wait 20 minutes and there were more than ten vehicles already in wait, counting the ones in the drive thru. Sad to say this but even the vehicles that arrived left, only to arrive home and find out the 2 out of the 4 drinks were wrong.Plus they only had one employee doing the food delivery while the rest stayed inside. Pressed the button two times and no response. I'll recommend anyone who mentions this specific location not to order since it is a waste of time and money.

Attention franchise manager this location is suffering and losing money for you I see cars leaving and honking at the drive through I waited 20 minutes for a bag of ice and they didn’t even close the bag, causing it to fall in my car. Save the Sonic brand at this location!

Ok so tbh it takes a lot for me to write a review but tbh this sonic just wasn’t it everyone looked stoned and I usually don’t care ya know I get it that’s not my business but bruh they messed up my order completely didn’t have anything ready and all they’re where doing is talking and laughing like I said I get it do whatever to get your bread but at least put some effort horrible management and there gm should check this store

Guy giving order is very weird. He says ice cream machines broken but that they have shakes. He then gives us a cup of whipped cream with random toppings. Funny guy, cool beanie too.

Food tasted horrible. I love the mozzarella stick and French toast sticks but they did not taste right. It tasted like whatever oil they fry them in or however they are cooked was not clean! And the girl who brought out my food was extremely rude and unpleasant. She walks up to my door with attitude and says absolutely nothing just silence when I tried speaking to her she just looked at me with a sour look and walked off. Worst customer service

I came at ~10:05 pm. Mobile ordered 1 shake/treat, and put in the stall number. I waited 20 minutes with no answer. Then I pushed the red button no answer. 5 minutes later pushed again no answer. I had to go to the drive through to get my one shake 40 minutes later. I told the drive through attendant it didn’t seem like they cared. Multiple other people were attended through the drive through. The worst part was, I couldn’t even cancel my order because this is more of a waste of my time so I had to wait for my order. Overall, I would not come back to this location again very poor customer service and experience.

Not sure which straps work, so I pulled into the drive thru... not sure how long I waited before someone said anything through the speaker. Not even a simple, "I'll be right with you" so the customer knows the speaker isn't broken.

I ordered a drink on the app ahead of time, just a drink, I checked in on the app and I was waiting for 30 minutes after I got the receipt saying I got my drink, which I did not, before I decided to push the red button to get their attention, after another 15 mins I spammed the button, and only then was given my drink, which the ice was melted in already and the girl literally ran away from me after knowing how long I waited. Left very dissatisfied

The wait here is HORRIBLE!!! There was maybe 3 cars in the slots when I arrived and I waited 20 minutes and no one even took my order!! So I left and went to the sonic on resler and ordered and got my food within 15 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened to me coming here and I've tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but it keeps happening. ?

The sonic is the worst all the people here that work here are the worst too. I do an Uber eats delivery and they treat me like I’m nothing. I press the red button and tell them that I have a Uber eats delivery for someone they tell me to go through the drive-through all rudely, It even though on the Uber eats app it tells me not to go to the drive-through and press the red button and wait for the person to give me the order the girl got outside and gave the order to the person by us and looked at us all weird , then we decide to call the manager on the door then we tell her that why isn’t it that hard to give us the delivery she mimics us and acts like nothing then she comes to up and ask all nice these people here that work needs to change they attitude. And plus the place was even that packed. Just lazy people
