Been waiting in the drive thru line for 20 min. 2 burritos and French toast sticks. There was 1 girl working the whole store. That's on management not her

The food is always great, the dogs are amazing, but the service is something else, they fell short. They are not rude but they not efficient. Had to step out of the car to be able to pay.

Damn. There are certain dishes that places are known for. I love Sonic’s onion rings. They taste like deep fried sweet fair food. It’s so disappointing when you find a location that doesn’t care about the quality of food that goes out. No management oversight for QC. These were burnt, tasted like old grease and so dried out I couldn’t cut them with my teeth 🤣 Thank you Sonic on Montana for encouraging me to stay away from fast food.

Nothing worked at the parking space/ordering spot. Because the payment slot didn't work they had to come get my card to charge me. They taped the receipt over the magnetic stripe and it took time to remove the glue from the strip so that my card could work in future purchases. Not pleasant to go through, especially while traveling cross country.

We came here on a non-busy night, and we waited for about 5-10 minutes on our food which wasn’t a big deal. Once our food finally came out our orders were completely wrong and then when we went to get it fixed they didn’t do much.

We visited here on a non busy night. We were directed where to order. But after a few minutes, we found that it didn't work. Went to another spot and still had problems with ordering there. We were told where to order in another spot and finally got through the ordering process. The food was edible but the fries weren't very hot. Overall, it was just okay.

Last night my sister and I waited about 30 minutes after we press the button and no one attend the call. Two workers pass in front of us with garbage, and ignored us

Worst Sonic location ever !! The workers there are incredibly rude and slow. They took 20 minutes to get some shakes out even tho it was only one car infront of me. The food is somewhat okay but besides that terrible location with terrible workers not to mention one of the managers with the eyebrow piercing just terrible and very bad customer service !!

Restaurantji Recommends
Placed TWO separate orders on the mobile app (TWO different names). Parked at a stall. The kids only brought one order out. Waited a few more minutes for the second order. They never brought that one out either. Went to the drive thru, no apologies or anything. Food was cold by the time we finally got it. I ordered two orders of mozzarella sticks. Only received ONE packet of marinara sauce.

Don't waste your time employees here don't even want to take the order, they just let you wait at the speaker while they are playing inside, this is not the first time they do that, management need to do something about it!!!!!
