Awful, awful, awful service. Waited forty minutes for a single burger and soda: the order ended up being wrong, and the staff refused to fix it.

Y’know is expect an online order doesn’t take long to take to a stall since it is already done once the customer shows up and considering it’s only an ice cream, but no, I could not get my order which I had waited 20 minutes for in a stall and I saw was already done sitting on the counter. I had to waste 20 more minutes in the drive through because they aren’t doing stall orders, which I was not told about until I pressed the button after the stall said my order was on the way 20 minutes ago, even though it takes less than a couple seconds to bring out an already done and probably melted ice cream.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 cars in front of me to order and once i got to the speaker they said they were out of most of the menu items… it then took 30 more minutes to get out of the line after not ordering anything. I’ve worked customer service and understand when it can be busy and hectic for the workers but when there’s barely anything available and not that many cars it shouldn’t take a whole hour to go through the drive through line.

I ordered two drinks. I’ve been waiting here for 45 minutes and still haven’t received them. I pressed the red button to talk with them, the employee said the drinks were ready and about to be sent out. 20 minutes later still no drinks. The employee was on his phone most of the time. Only one employee named Sterling seemed to be the one doing things. Even then there are no other cars and I still haven’t received my drinks. Very disappointing.

Today I decided all I wanted was a regular chili cheese coney. It was GREAT as it always is!This location has always been consistent with customer service that goes above and beyond. So much so that, once upon a time, I received a meal free of charge from the manager for no other reason than a kind gesture of appreciation.Thank you for your service Sonic!

Waited 15+ minutes for three drinks. The manager and the employees were either vaping or smoking without a care in the world. Had to go ask for a refund because waiting for drinks that long is absolutely ridiculous.

Waited for a whole hour for my food, I ordered on the app. Checked in. They brought my food after the hour. They couldn't find my order, and they were about to send me without some of my order. Horrible place, workers don't care.
