the employees are acting like everything is such an inconvenience and they act like even just your presence bothers them. they look at you and ignore you. service is absolutely terrible!!!! food and store lobby is there, it’s good. good music and at a good volume. but if you’re gonna be a terrible representation in customer service , then maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service at all.

Don’t go to this location, I went thru the drive thru and no one answered the speaker , then I drive up to the window and no one took my order, this employee saw me there waiting and didn’t bother to at least say anything and she just walked away . Never coming back

So this isn’t my first time in this sonic usually it’s okay but not yesterday. I waited 30 mins for drinks. Just drinks. 30 mins is ridiculous… it’s overpriced and not worth it.. also they forget sauces..

Felt like I was having food from yesterday. Burger was over cooked, warm, bun was cold. Hot dog was the worst, tasted like I got yesterday's chilly sauce. As prices continue to rise, a quality meal is extremely important. This is the first time I got poor food quality, hopefully I don't get sick, I was hungry. I'm sure there are many other customers like me but choose not to say anything. I will not be back. I know labor now a days is hard but dammfocus on why you all have jobs.

Placed my order on the app, got through drive thru and said my order wasn’t ready. It was ok , I pulled forward and waited for my turn. When I get there and receive my order my tots are al soggy , my burgers are complete cold. My question was if my order was ready why make me wait 15+ min to get it . I get home to find out I didn’t get my kids meal and also missing cheese sticks. What gets me more upset is that I saw a manager just standing there not moving a finger to get this rush over with. Is t she supposed to set an example to her staff? It’s ridiculous. Other than a horrible service I love sonics different drinks and hatch burger.

I was just there right now about to order girl told me and the whole family food and they tell me they are no longer accepting any orders and she didn't give me a reason and it says establishment is still open I would always come early to this location but lately service has been poor this Sonic is not what it used to be

I waited 45 min in the parking lot pressed the red button 3 times no one attended me I literally had to call them and tell them people who got there before me got attended to before me and I still had to pay full price oh and for conys that had no beans cause they ran out?

I bought three double cheeseburgers there. Those were good. Bought some pickle fries they were terrible. They had been reheated several times. There was literally a green string inside the batter. Didn't even look like pickles. It looked like a piece of grass. I'm a regular there. Won't be going by there for a while. Before this I had never had a problem there.
