Did a mobile order, came at listed time and carhop gave us watery milkshakes and melted slushies.. when asked if they can remake them she said thats how they come even tho the whipped cream was melted... and then they over load my burger with mayonnaise???

Bad, incompetent, and rude service. It took 25 mins for them to bring out a pretzel, and we had to remind them twice. They gave us the wrong amount of mozzarella sticks. And to top it all off, my foot long coney literally had a measly teaspoon of chili and cheese sauce spread out on one side of the bun!!! It was pathetic. I do no recommend this restaurant.

Left us there for 25 mins then we had to call em and ask where the order was, they brought it out warm and melted. That's why I hate going to this location, it's all kids that get overwhelmed or just don't care. They should have brought us fresh food, who wants to eat cold fried pickles and melted shakes?!

I enjoy their goodies and food quite a bit. There have been times that mistakes made, however a quick call to the manager and things have been quickly resolved. They're super busy so I understand things happen. As long as my issues are resolved and there's a pleasant demeaning the manager, I'll continue to go to an establishment. The drive-thru staff at this location is usually very pleasant, that's always appreciated!

Drive through employee sounded high as a kite and as fried as the food. Was wondering why the line was so slow but it was obvious why when I got to order, they were too spaced out to remember two items so went elsewhere.
