Went to get a drink Route 44 was charged 4.00 for a Drink!! Was wondering why?? What happened to the Drink Specials? They changed everything...and then we went again..just to get two drinks..they put raspberry in a coke and the coke had no ice?? It was just two drinks!! Went back and one drink was still wrong!! What is going on Sonic?? Circle K is getting my business now!!!

First off I ordered a double peanut butter bacon burger and they gave me a single. Second it took them an extra 15-20 mins after the pickup time to have my food ready. Employees should read the ENTIRE ticket before preparing the food. I'm not going to the resler location ever again.

Terrible experience. Night crew needs some work on. Terrible service, teen ager that doesn't care. Order the no. 2 double cheese. Terrible, patty broken up, the entire thing sloppy, extremely oily tots tasted like old fryer oil. It was the worst.

Unhappy. I enjoy Sonic now and then but not this time. The burgers were not hot which is probably good because they were dripping grease. The time between order and delivery was ridiculously long when there were only 3 cars here. The order delivered was not the order we placed. Very disappointed. The menu on the app was different than the menu by our window so we couldn't get exactly what we wanted. Cold food for 2 people for $31.00 included a double cheeseburger, a large onion ring, two half priced RT 44 ice teas, and 1 cheeseburger. Could have had a sit down meal at Chili's or Applebee's for about the same price.

Ordered online, checked in and waited for over 20 min for 2 onion rings and one drink. We had to ask the car hop when he delivered to another car that had just arrived and ordered there. 5 cars went through the drive thru. Finally we got the order and the onion rings were half full terrible service no supervision.

I ordered a Route 44 Slush, but received a regular drink, not a slush (although it was cold and tasty). The onion rings were burnt but still arrived hot. The cheese burger was perfect. The staff member was pleasant and helpful.
