I ordered through a third party service and my entire order was wrong. The bad was sealed on delivery so I know it was a restaurant mix up I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and got a single plain cheese burger with one strip of bacon added and no veggies

Allways great service but today 1/31/25 was horrible we ordered and when we got him none of our sandwiches had the fixings let us tomatoes pickles they just had cheese and sauce they were poorly prepared

I was in the area order outside and when I try to order the girl keep tell me she couldn't hear but I look inside and I can see she on her phone and then I order 2 slushy then she come out with one bad customer service and she didn't apologize or anything she got mad cuz she had to make another one. And this was like night when there was not alot of people ??

My first grilled cheese at Sonic. I think they sprayed on the "cheese". Maybe it was cheese flavored food coloring. Drink was fine. I can't recommend whatever it is that is named Grilled Cheese.

I ordered a peanut butter reeses blast and asked to ad extra pb..... well I got home started eating it and low and behold there is pineapple in it and I am allergic ! There was no added pb either I saved ice cream to get tested. I don't understand how pineapple gets In pb ice cream

All we ordered was drinks and because we parked on the side instead of going through the drive thru, our order got pushed behind and then when we pushed the button again to ask if our order got forgotten about they said our order would be out within the next few orders. All while we sat and watched them bring everyone else’s orders out! Won’t come to this one ever again!

This place is ok for a late night bite. I go here especially for the pretzel with the cheese cup. It's ALWAYS fresh and hot, something i can't say for the pickle fries. The fries were cold, soggy and just yuck! I won't order the pickle fries ever again and at a price of over $3.50 for a mini sized fry box (kids meal at MC Donalds size),'it was NOT what i expected so the way around. Their burgers are pretty good and a good price as well.

I ordered two sonic double cheeseburgers and wanted one without pickles and tomatoes. Not only was it a burger that had been sitting with ALL the fixings, it made the burgers mushy! To make things worse the burgers were made with one having two top buns and the other having two bottoms buns! The turtle truffle shake barely had any of it mixed in! I will NEVER again come here.
