Overall, the experience was disappointing. The environment appeared unsanitary, and while we waited more than thirty minutes for our food, we observed a staff member putting her fingers in her mouth, using her phone, and working without a hairnet. There also did not seem to be any sense of urgency among the employees. When we finally received our order, the blast was completely melted and we had to request a replacement.

Took advantage of the BOGO special. Burger not seasoned and lettuce was extremely wilted! Picture doesn't do justice. Hopefully lettuce will be fresh next time. TOO BAD YOU DON'T GET HALF OFF DRINKS LIKE BEFORE...

I would give it a zero star if I could. Shouldn't take 40 minutes for fast food. When I asked how long all she told me was they will be right out. An extra 20 minutes is not right out

Come on!! Fill them up to the top! Got home and noticed all of our sonic blast were 3/4s full. Very disappointed! They are expensive atleast fill them up ๐Ÿ˜ก also...they took forever to get our order out.

I typically order through the sonic app so that I don't have to wait in the drive through line, but I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a large and small drink with a cup of ice. I had to call the location to ask what was taking so long, and one of the employees claimed to be backed up. There was myself, one car waiting on the other side, and two cars I had seen go in the drive through lane after I got there. So 4, maybe 5 cars. I can understand if they were the only one working, but there were three employees (that I could see) inside. In addition to that, and it was my fault for not seeing it sooner, but my drink was in a broken cup (which I had to hold up to keep from spilling) AND tasted awful. It was a large ocean water, and it tasted sour. Its unfortunate that this was the case because I come here fairly often and never had issues before. The Sonic app also doesn't let you request a refund or file a complaint, so this is the best I could do.

The food at this location was very good. The young lady that attended to us was very pleasant. The only downside is if you pull up to a stall to use the Red button, you will either wait 30 minutes for service or decide to go through the drive-through like I did, or just straight leave like I almost did.

I thought this place was the best and cleanest until I came by today and saw the manager chatting it up with another employee while they both ate a burger and chips on the work floor, in front of the windows, with no gloves, and making customer drinks. Then they proceeded to get my order wrong at drive thru so I went to a stall and the lady on carhop was very helpful in getting my order corrected.

I ordered the half price shake the first time, there were no Oreo chunks just the shake and second one was watery hardly any chunks. Very disappointed. Never ordering at this location!

I pulled up to get an order for a customer , Uber , I pulled up to stall #15 x orang the Burton no answer for 5 minutes nothing . A car pulled up to the next stall , rang the button , she gets an answer and told her order will be right out , this is a Door Dash driver , her order comes out , I tell the employee Moises , I was waiting in for 5 minutes before the customer pulled up and I didnโ€™t receive an answer , so another 5 minutes later I still get no respond , I cancel the order and leave . That was no reason to deserve treatment from that Sonic like I received .
