I’m honestly so disappointed and hurt by my experience at Sonic today. I haven’t eaten in three days because of a really heavy depression, and the first thing I actually craved and got the energy to go out for was Sonic. But when I got there, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They claimed they didn’t have what I wanted, gave me something completely different instead, and even that wasn’t made right. It might sound small to some people, but when you’re already struggling just to get through the day, something like this hits harder than it should. I left feeling worse than when I came, and I wish they’d shown even a bit of care or kindness. I just wanted one decent meal and a little comfort — and instead, I got treated like I didn’t matter.

The worst location ever they took 30 min to get our moble order out . Upon going to the drive threw the female ask if she can give us a free drink since for what we had been waiting . But to top it off I was charge an ocean water and never gave it to me . Don’t go to this location

This is THE WORST location in El Paso! I waited for 45 minutes last night and NEVER got my order. They had people parked and waiting on food. Some people got fed up and drove off. I told the girl I was a diabetic, either give me my food or my money back. She took our receipts (my passengers and I), claiming they needed to "remake" the order. My passenger got their order but I didn't get mine. The manager refused to speak to anyone and locked the doors. TERRIBLE. I called three times today and each time the girl acted like she couldn't hear me when I asked to speak to the manager. She kept hanging up in my face! That's okay, I called corporate since you want to play games. El Paso avoid this location at all costs!

Where's the experience ever this sonic sucks ass do not go here they take forever they don't answer none of the stalls and they don't come out to tell you anything I repeat do not go to the Sonic it's horrible

I only ordered a SS burrito and a route 44 dr pepper. The burrito only had 1 tiny little piece of sausage, the tomatoes fell out of the tortilla before I even took a bite. I did not receive a straw, as I asked for one, they closed the window. I'm an assistant manager for a restaurant, where is the quality check/assurance? I have only ordered from this location twice in the past couple months, I do not intend to order ever again.
