Ordered pizza here and the cheese just fell off because of all the grease that they had on it, don’t come here it’s crap you will regret it.

Still made me pay for the delivery fee even though they aren’t doing deliveries. Didn’t call to tell me that they were not doing any deliveries only pick up. Food is good but the service is ass, then they lied to me on the phone saying I had put pick up.

This Speedy's canceled half our group order without notice, despite it being a pre-scheduled order. Instead of contacting us for us to order other items, or even just to give us a heads up so we can plan to get additional food for the other group members, they tried to pull a fast one on us so we wouldn't cancel our whole order. How hard is it to contact your customer if there is something wrong with an order? I regularly make large orders ($100+), and this is absolutely not okay, so Speedy's just lost our business, which was at least $500 a month for them.

Ordered online and got a call that there were no drivers. I canceled the order and they left me holding 40 minutes for confirmation of cancellation. Micheal then let me know there is no way and no contact info for the stores GM.

Placed an order through door dash 2 large pizzas extra sauce and a coke. Never received the coke so I was refunded and then the pizzas had no sauce and kind of burnt. They were thin crust. I called and spoke to the General Manager and her excuse was that the night before they had over mixed the dough so that’s why the pizza seems to be thin crust. I told her it has a gooey texture like it’s not baking right. It has a weird flavor. How can she allow to serve that to customers and she was very rude refused to give me her name and didn’t offer a refund she said I had to speak to door dash. She could’ve at least offered some help and she was just rude. Horrible service and food. I have a newborn and a toddler and I just had surgery I can’t drive right now so they messed up dinner for my family and I have to throw away both pizzas and order again and pay the door dash fees AGAIN! I’m extremely angry and disappointed. Never again.

Called in my order, not ready when i arrived ,left came back picked up my 2 pizzas, when i arrived at home opened up the box to see my large pepperoni was completely burnt and they still gave it to me like that! They have the worse cs!!! "Manager" said i could go back for a free replacement, no thanks! Just never going back again! Little kids working there with no adult to manage them lol its a mess!!
