Ordered an online delivery of a Veggie Pizza, Cheese Sticks and Chicken Alfredo Pasta. Pasta was never made as it wasn't on the ticket, the driver told me. Pizza looked like it was two separate pizzas. Kind of disappointing. What I got was good.

We were at the convention center and wanted to try a local place. They were definitely not very speedy despite the name. It took about 30 mins for our order and no one was even in there. The pepperoni was good. I liked how cheesy it was. The Meatball Marinara was terrible. Don't get it. Noodles are sticky and tasted like my school lunch. The Pizza itself would probably be a four in my book!

I didn’t even order from this place; I am a doordash delivery driver and was sent here. I arrived on time at 10:47 on Friday so I understand it was 13 minutes before they closed but still, that’s where DoorDash sent me meaning that the restaurant DID accept the order. I went to the door, and it was locked. I could see a man mopping and so I knocked. He opened the door, I told him who I was picking up for, and he said “No, I didn’t accept that order. We don’t have it.” And I explained that they had accepted it since DoorDash sent me there. They wouldn’t have assigned it to me had he not accepted it. He responded with “No I didn’t accept it.” So I told him DoorDash was going to need to speak with him since the order wasn’t deliverable. And he said “well I’m super busy so….” I was astounded at how terrible of an employee he was to straight out tell me he couldn’t do his job by answering the phone, for an order he accepted and then didn’t want to complete because it was almost closing time, so he pretended to cancel it. So I went and called DoorDash as is procedure and they, as I said, tried calling the restaurant. Mind you it was still BEFORE 11pm, meaning they were STILL OPEN. The DoorDash agent called more than once and he continued to not just ignore it, the DoorDash lady said he was intentionally cutting the call short as in the phone barely rang before he just ended the call without talking to her. I was so mad because this was a TEN DOLLAR order which is a decent one compared to the usual five dollar orders or whatever. Sadly for the customer, the DoorDash agent had to cancel the order. Thankfully I at least got $7 out of the $10 I was supposed to get. As I typed this I waited to see if the restaurant employee was going to leave right at 11. He locked up the store at 10:59 and walked to his car. I don’t know about this restaurant, but I know the restaurant I work at accepts customers right up until the closing time and serves the meal past closing time. Now I would understand if this wasn’t the case for this restaurant or others, but if an order was placed 20-30 minutes before closing, I would think it would be accepted considering they don’t CLOSE until 11pm. Meaning they are still open, and available, until that time or near it. If they don’t want orders past a certain time, their CLOSING TIME should be earlier. But regardless of that, the way this employee handled the situation was absolutely terrible and he behaved rudely, and unprofessionally. His manager should really have a serious talk with him about proper customer service and what to do about situations where there’s a last minute order being placed. I didnt catch his name but he was maybe 5’10 or 5’11, brown hair, normal build. And again, a very unprofessional attitude. I’m definitely never giving this restaurant my own money ever.

The pizzas are good BUT the one guy making the pizzas keeps touching random things and processed to make pizzas. I’m keeping my eye on him and he had yet to wash them. I would ask for my money back don’t want to be a Karen. I’m just not coming back here.

Pizza is ok but why can't you guys hire people who speak English?! It's difficult to order delivery or carry out when the girl who answers your phone doesn't speak English, then hangs up on you!
