Today was our first time trying this place. We called to order 15 minutes to closing time; which was already something we felt bad doing; but figured we’d still give it a try. We called, and the person who answered the phone was very professional and kind. When we came to pick up the order; everyone was very kind and professional in person as well. It’s very hard to get great customer service nowadays.. and I wanted to give a shoutout to the team that made our night so much better with the experience. 10/10!! This team deserves a raise. Thank you. We will for sure be returning to this location.
I wanted to share that the speedys at N.Zaragoza has horrible service. The first time I order pizza they gave me the wrong order than today I order 2 of the buffalo wings and the only gave me one DO NOT BUY FROM THAT

Speedys dirty place to order pizza these kids always on their phones and restoom. They come out with unwashed hands straight to do your pizza 🤢🤮. Had to bring it to there attention but they didn't care. Got sick cuz of this. They have kids working with no food handlers.

Workers were lazy talking to each other the whole time instead of making my food I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and a pound of wings not only did they take 30 minutes with my order when they told me 10-15, mind you it’s literally just me at the store these mfs give me a pizza that is half pepperoni half black olives💀and to make matters worse the pizza taste like plastic!!
Ordered one for deliv. And it arrived looking like it was dropped. Looked smashed to one side. Driver never never showed me the pizza before I took it. But when i called to let them know, they sent a new pizza and same driver. When it arrived, driver called me a liar and complained they will take it out of their pay and began walking away with the replacement pizza when I showed them a picture of the damaged one. I had waited almost an hour for the first delivery so I ate a couple slices because I was obviously hungry. I told the driver as they went to get their management on the phone to keep the pizza and just go. Called them again after that, and basically was called a liar by the manager because the driver claimed to have shown me the pizza before handing it to me. That was the driver's lie. Terrible service and rude people. Bought from them for ten years and whoever is in charge these days just sucks. 0/10

Loved that they got vegan pizza, not even a big franchise accommodated for us vegans. The cheese is great, no gross taste they did us so good with this vegan cheese!
