Pizza is very good for the relatively low price. The low rating is due to the charge of 12.2 percent tax. In El Paso we only should pay 8.25%.

Ordered 1 veggie and 1 cheese pizzas. The cheese tasted sour (expired), vegetables were not fresh, and the pizzas were prepared in a rush, they were stale!! WE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! NEGLIGENCE IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE!

To say that my food was burnt...that's an UNDERSTATEMENT! I don't know why they would even send food out like that!! Don't waste your money here!

I wonder if the owners know the employees place people on hold for over 15 min when you try and order over the phone. When I showed up the service was rude just awful. A bunch of young kids playing around and ignoring phone calls and customers. I saw with my own eyes an employee take an order grab the money and went and worked on pizza without washing his hands. I waited and additional 20 min for my order and they still manage to give me the wrong order and it was cold smh!!! Handling . money not washing your hands and working on food is the most disgusting thing for someone to do somebody should definitely check on that people can get sick. The sad part is i always have awful service at this location. I most likely won’t be returning here no more. Awful delivery service too !!! Disappointed yet again . You charge the full price and deliver garbage like in the pic with rude staff/ delivery driver giving attitude in my own house.
I have eaten this pizza from this location twice now. The pizza is ready when picking up and customer service has been fast. Unfortunately, both times I have fell ill with stomach issues immediately after ingesting this pizza. I've only had 1-2 slices and was enough for me to run to the restroom and feel stomach cramps straight to the next day still. Never again

GET YOUR RECEIPT! went to pick up a pizza, total was $11.90. Cashier asked if I wanted a receipt, thought I’d be nice and save her the trouble and said no. bank sends me notification, turns out an extra $3 was charged. It’s not a lot but it’s the principal, and the fact they felt so comfortable to commit fraud that took me back to complain. Manager (ERICA) seems like she’s on her deathbed (zero energy, torturous face) she acted like my bank had committed the error?! As if my bank would care to rip me off at a random speedy’s. I asked her for a receipt and my bank notified me it was VOIDED, then I got my $11.90 receipt. Meanwhile the whole time she said i was never charged an extra $3, SO WHY WAS A VOID NEEDED??? Little ratera, so pathetic. Girl if you need $3 just be friendly, get the tip the right way. She didn’t want to give me her bosses name so if he/she is reading this you got a thief on your team. If she’s stealing from me…she’s stealing from you.

Worst experience you can have with customer service. The manager is completely incompetent at receiving a pizza order. Had a huge order for a birthday party and all the pizzas were wrong. Tried to fix my order by sticking their dirty fingers in the pizzas to fix the order. Had to go to little ceasers pizza for the order which they did exceptionally well. How hard can making a pizza be.
