Asked for Pink Drink without the dried strawberries. My autistic child has sensory issues and I will have to remove them one by one so I asked for none in the drink and they still gave me the drink with strawberries even after I heard them talking about how in the world could they make a pink drink with no strawberries? I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, I’ll just pick them out by hand but then I had requested the seasonal cake pops and asked the lady after the bag said birthday cake pops and they had the pink cake pops in there if I could get the strawberry ones and before I could even finish asking she cut me off and said that was all they had and gave me the most “just stop talking to me smile” to dismiss me and make me go away. I would have appreciated being told there was no strawberry ones at the time I placed the order so I could get macarons at the coffee box instead but I guess they were having a bad day or didn’t care enough about this order in particular because it was for kids.

Fantastic atmosphere! Located right next to the Plaza Theater, it offers a charming view of the tall buildings nearby. It’s the perfect spot to work and enjoy the surroundings!
Many issues. They don't enforce an open-door policy so always afraid to leave personal stuff unattended to. Wifi is frequently down, and staff doesn't come across as staff that care to address Also. ordered an everything bagel, order went ignored for longest time, when I approached they said they would take care of it. Then saw gal put a plain bagel in oven, upon my objection she said that was all they had. She didn't bother to even ask. Then took me another 15 mins to get a refund. Seems like staff is going to pot.

Ordered a double smoked bacon cheddar and egg, waited over 20 minutes for it, decided to go up and asked what’s going on, only to find out it’s been sitting there on the counter the whole time. My name was never called. They made a new one but I was simply met with a “sorry” along with a wait for another one. Probably won’t be back.
