This place has been the best Starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. I was there on Saturday and they were really busy in the morning and still they tried to give all the customers the attention we all want, the two people that were in bar were so nice and tried to smile at everyone and plus they were trying to go as fast as they could, the girl who took my order was patient and really nice. I’m not from El Paso but I will for sure visit this specific location every time I come visit.

Just gotta say the staff really make this place. Been coming here for a few years and there has been some cycling in it new people but in general everyone is friendly, awesome, and always on top of it.

This is the slowest service of any Starbucks. The drive thru takes way too long almost every time I come to this location. A third of the time the drink is made wrong or sloppy. Not sure what they need to do to get this location on par with the rest of the Starbucks locations but someone needs to look into making some changes.
I cannot give 0 stars, but if I could, I would. We ordered online, just two drinks and two pastries, at 4:27, the app said it would be ready at around 4:32, we get there, still waiting. Not a problem, I thought, only five minutes more right? Nope. Our order is finally ready at 4:46, one of the drinks was not even blended correctly. What should’ve been a Frappuccino was basically just the flavored liquid with a touch of ice, the other one was the same drink, but actually done right. Each one made by two different people, since I watched them make it. Not even that, but they didn’t even bother to give us straws, I went to my car and realized halfway out of the property. I had to turn around and go back for them. I go there quite often and it sucks that I had an experience like this. Absolutely horrible.

When in for a pink drink with no inclusions got a pink drink with inclusions told then I said no strawberries it was even in the sticker they took it back then brought it to me and it was all white. I asked if that was normal drive thru lady said let me have them remake it mind you there was itty bitty strawberries floating around of the previous ones they added. They remade it supposedly was driving off too a sip and was tasteless the color was the lightest pink and strawberries still floating around. They never re made the drink they just clearly dump down out and poured more water. Had to wake up my sleeping baby to go in a tell them. And my drink still sucked went straight to the trash. Employees were rude to top it off.
