What a sad manager(manager Ms.Heather I believe). I feel bad for the staff; the fact that they have to deal with an attitude like that??‍♂️ listen I’m blunt and heather is horrible manager and was very rude to me when I was just trying to understand what was going on with my customers order (dasher) when I found out someone else took it. She was very rude when I was just asking if they showed her the dasher app as to why she gave it to them and she got upset. Horrible service by her. Even the staff looked embarrassed by her attitude.

Starbucks what can I say I know they have been around for a long time and driving around all day in many cities seeing locations just about in every corner I always wondered why people went there what was the hype always a crowd in and out especially lines in the airports waiting for some kind of coffee i couldn’t pronounce or understand the Starbucks language I thought coffee was just coffee like I can get at any gas station or fast food place I begin to wonder and be curious about Starbucks when all out of nowhere they begin to get bad publicity I was wondering what they had done wrong I kept hearing about boycotts something to do with politics and wars I read some losers were starting to order only water to hit them in the pocketbooks and inventory I was told the employees wanted to unionize Starbucks has been through a lot but a good company always survives and is determined by the survival of public support in wanting a good product so was such negative publicity and curiosity one day I with a friend who understood the Starbucks culture offered to buy me coffee a cold brew my first ever in my entire life no joke especially cold brew?? What was that? and so it goes I was impressed so much so that I now consider myself a Starbucks member I even hate to admit it but yes I also have signed up for their App I’m just an ordinary Jean boot t-shirt kind of guy I probably don’t even fit the “Starbucks model client “but then again it goes to show if you have a great product and no matter your politics people just want great service and damn good coffee

We asked for two venti sized drinks and when we went up to the window we were met with some rudeness, I understand it’s late, but when we got our drinks they almost handed us one grande when we asked for two ventis we corrected the person and said we asked for a venti they changed us 22 more cents I didn’t think to much of it until I checked on the app, we paid correct the first time they “up charged” us for the venti. It’s 22 cents yes but, it is unfair for us to be charged for their mistake. We very clearly order two ventis as well.

Roomy location for a Starbucks. Seating is comfortable and the staff are friendly. No public restrooms though.Parking: The only parking is in surrounding parking garages, and the location is accessed on foot.Wheelchair accessibility: The location is roomy and has plenty of room for wheelchairs.

I go almost everyday to this Starbucks and service here at at this location is usually great! Now when I order my same coffee drink in a venti, grande , or tall. The consistency in the taste, can be hit or miss. But the thing i would like to mention is that my drinks continue to have less and less coffee in it. I specifically ask for no whip on my drinks. To receive more coffee. However I receive less coffee just as it shows in the photo. The prices for a Starbucks coffee continue to skyrocket, and yet our drinks continue to have less and less coffee. This needs to be addressed.On a positive note employees Patrick and AJ have always delivered great service.

I’m so disappointed with the drink quality at this Starbucks, that I go to daily. I order a Venti Flat White Breve with Cinnamon and Splenda. On 11/29/23 when I received my drink it was half full with foam like a cappuccino. I always mobile order my drink but decided against it on 11/30/23. I decided to order at the drive through and let them know about the situation. They were kind made my drink to perfection and didn’t charge me I was extremely thankful. So I mobile order the same thing today 12/1/23 pick it up and it’s HALF Full Again!!! I let them know at the window they said they would remake it. I parked to the side and they bring me the new one Exactly the Same way but now without the Cinnamon and Splenda. I chose not to go in because I’m not wanting anything free!!! I just want my drink done correctly!! So I decide to write a review instead and this has happened to me several times before at Lee Trevino. When you spend over 6 dollars for a drink you want it done right! I’m Starbucks lover and it frustrates me that they just keep repeating their mistakes. Completely disappointed.
