I Arrive At Drive Thru With No Cars In Front Of Me, Im Told To Pull Over And My Drinks Would Be Brought Out. 10min Pass Nothing, I Go Inside And After 5min I Get My Drinks. Ordered Them Cold -Got Them Hot. Cashier Needs Proper Training, Couldn't Answer Questions Being Asked. Says Alot About Management In This Establishment.

I’m a Starbucks girl I always order the same thing everyday, a pink drink w vanilla sweet cream. Lately the drinks keep getting worse and worse but today was ridiculous I pull up to the window and get my drink that looks like it’s been sitting in the lobby for 3+hrs and I asked them if they could remake it and they gave me attitude as if I was being dramatic, I’m sorry but someone has to look at their baristas work and management aswell because I asked politely for them to remake it and I didn’t deserve for them to be so disrespectful. And the manager even had the audacity to tell “try it let’s see if it’s good enough know” I don’t think i deserve to be treated that way

I ordered a cold green tea with less water. It had so much water, it tasted like water with a hint of tea. I ended up throwing it in the trash.

Went the other day and this location has been my home store for over 2yrs. I’ve never had an issue with this location before, but lately in the past several months it hasn’t been same my drinks never taste good anymore and something changed. Miss whatever was happening before these few months.

The worst Starbucks visit ever, at least during the last 10 years, from 5 different states and 3 countries. I ordered a Large matcha and the cup was half empty. Instead it seemed full due to being full of empty foam , it didn’t even have lavender or starwberry foam. The ice shows the level of the drink, somewhat between the second and upper black lines on the cup. If looking for Starbucks you’re better off ordering at the one on MLK.
