Today I had to go in with my daughter to get a pup cup for my service dog I had to put to rest today. I don’t know your name sweetie, but thank you for helping my daughter and I today it was the hardest order I ever had to make and you did it with grace and dignity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This place is starting to suck. Last week I ordered a caramel frap and tasted like crap. I had to return my drink for the 1st time ever. Young lady in there made me a new one and was good. Today I ordered same thing and again tasted like crap I was gonna go back in but I told myself let it go. I always also ask for extra Caramel drizzle all over cup but apparently they don't understand that. When people order extra caramel drizzle they mean extra. Hopefully they get better. If not I'll just go somewhere else.

Ordered a venti hot Blonde flat white with almond milk but got a regular flat white, husband got down and took it back second time only tasted like pure milk

Great Place we were hitting the road and I was going to McDonald's for a coffee, but my grandkids suggested we go to Starbucks instead, cause they also wanted drinks, So we were at the drive thru and I was trying to explain to the person taking my order that I just wanted a coffee like the one I always order at Mikey D's And he suggested I try a ice Lattea, Which was a very good choice cause it kept me awake for a good 160 miles.

Drive through was super slow, and narrow drive... but manageable.... the drink was a caramel crunch or something, lacked crunch, whip cream coffee or taste... wish at least the young lady would had a good attitude or a smile she ment..... Will probly not come to this starbuck because of that. No pics ... good customer service in all establishments is a plus... serve like for a love one. Or at least a love for humans that's what we are. Bless and be blessed and SMILE ? (it goes a long way)

This Starbucks saved me! Had an early morning (4am) drop off to the airport. Was dragging and needed a pick me up. Ordered whilst on the highway, pulled up and picked up my items. Initially thought it was closed as the early morning vibe was low key candle date night aura. I wasn’t greeted but they did acknowledge me.
