Today I had to go in with my daughter to get a pup cup for my service dog I had to put to rest today. I don’t know your name sweetie, but thank you for helping my daughter and I today it was the hardest order I ever had to make and you did it with grace and dignity. I've always had good experiences at all Starbucks. I think it's a little pricey for what they offer, but that's just the name behind it.
This place is starting to suck. Last week I ordered a caramel frap and tasted like crap. I had to return my drink for the 1st time ever. Young lady in there made me a new one and was good. Today I ordered same thing and again tasted like crap I was gonna go back in but I told myself let it go. I always also ask for extra Caramel drizzle all over cup but apparently they don't understand that. When people order extra caramel drizzle they mean extra. Hopefully they get better. If not I'll just go somewhere else.
