This is the Starbucks inside Target on Joe Battle. The cashier was very rude. Why you have to yell at me for my name? Needs anger management classes. No customer service whatsoever. She should be doing drinks instead at the front. Ugly service.

I go to Starbucks almost daily but first time at this one. The drive thru line wrapped around the building so I placed the order through the app while I waited to prevent the drive thru attendee from having to take it. They told me I would have to wait because I placed the order through mobile and there were other orders in front of me. I proceeded to have to wait by the thank you sign because they couldn't be bothered to just grab the stickers and put them in the queue with every other cars order. The lady was nice when she finally brought them but there's no reason they couldn't have put us in the same queue as the rest of the drive thru.

Don't order from Joe battle Starbucks inside target. They don't take Starbucks coupons. I literally drove to Starbucks because it was half day drinks Thursday, waited in line for 10 minutes, just for them to tell me they don't accept Starbucks coupons and only regular Starbucks stores accept my coupon. Not Starbucks inside target.. Like what?!?!? I hate that Starbucks. I'll never go there again. How disappointing.

i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.

The girl with redish hair was amazing ! She was taking orders, getting drinks out fast, outstanding customer service! She was great, but her coworker on the other hand was constantly her phone, standing around, taking to all the other workers, while that poor red hair girl was up and down making drinks and serving customers. how disappointing. this was around 11ish in the morning yesterday 10/14. That other girl, kudos to her; extremely hard working!

Customer service is AMAZING ! i come here every so often, today a new girl was there, her name was maryann, she recommended the oat shaken expresso, honestly a new fave of mine now! what great service will for sure come again

If I could give this store a 10 I would. I had an issue with my order but was taken care off with no issue. I spoke to Melissa and Edgar and seriously… they are great! Overall I believe mistakes happen but customer service is everything… they have it down 100%. Usually people come in here to complain and what not… you have to give credit when it’s due ☺️
