For some reason the customer service was negative. “Ashley” the team member who took our order was a bit rude towards my parents & me. She never asked for our name & our order was sitting there for the longest time and we never realized it was there. I don’t recommend this Starbucks location. Location on Montana has great customer service.

The team working tonight were supper awsome. We had gone to 3 different Starbucks looking for a mug and no luck. They where busy and they took the time to look for one for us. They need a raise super nice team.

Placed a mobile order in and still went in 10 min after ordering, I was going to go through drive through but thought going in would be a lot faster. Ha no way! Waited 30 min and still no drink while drive through cars were going through. This is horrible went to work late and I wasn’t even able to get my coffee that I paid for. I even asked if they could please hurry and make my drink politely. SMH. Do not recommend going in for pick up order!

The GM is openly disrespectful when kindly asking about my often very late orders (aggressively rude & gives me dirty looks), orders received are typically incorrect (earning me more aggression and glaring when politely asking for correction). Clearly, even a good customer attitude/approach towards business/managerial incompetency and unprofessionalism makes no difference in the already-substandard customer service here

Your hostess took so long to seat me that I casually walked over and had a seat! She then walked off with a menu while gesturing for me to follow....wow ! I actually met her as she was comming back from the table and was forced to ask her where I'll be setting!!
She pointed at it and said "over there"
That's actually very discourteous and demeaning. A hostess is to present a courteous welcomming greeting not point at tables....
On the other hand my server, Melissa, was absolute perfection! Courteous, polite and professional....

Walked in bad customer service eveyone was so call working, no customers were stood in front and not even a hi or a I'll be with you shortly, stayed waiting for 20-25 min and they continued acting stupid including manager the chubby one. This isn't the first time it happens. This is the worst location ever. Not only that they look like they haven't showered😏.

I was just here with my two doggies and my dad. Everything was perfect and they they were so attentive with my doggies and great customer service thank you very much.
The barista did not hesitate to help my dad with his language, and she was very nice to us

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but then they went under construction and new employees. I saw two employees, one was a supervisor/manager both get into their car and drive around the store and drive thru for 15 minutes, with their microphone still on them. Is that part of their job? What a strange way to spend their lunch break. I have no idea. Regional? What do you think?
