Driving through El Paso on our road trip, very poor customer, tables were dirty, and workers don't communicate with each. I waited 30 minutes, and there was only 3 other customers in the store. Very disappointed with the service.
Not as fast as others. Good service. I've tried better in other locations and it is not the best place to rest.. but its good overall.

12/21/2023 When my wife asked the employee in the drive thru for the 50% discount for the Thursday promotion, the young girl employee answered the promotion was until 6:00 pm, and now is 6:04!!! ??We replicated we order at 5:57 pm, she responded: "the system determines it in that way!!! Incredible!! This company has again unethical behavior. Bye bye Starbucks!!!

I honestly barely go to Starbucks as I don't know how to order, but my boss gave me a gift card so I used it. I have no idea how to use it and the cashier was a total sweetheart!Thank you, Eli! You're a lovely soul! Definitely coming back!
