I went yesterday & ordered hot white mocha & specifically told them to replace brown mocha for white, basically a hot white chocolate & they did it wrong, went today for a replacement and specifically told them agaaain the same thing of what I wanted & they gave me the same thing. idk if it’s that hard to understand the order. This does not look nor taste like hot white chocolate to me.

Google says that this Starbucks is open till 1030 got there at 10 PM lady at the drive-through said they were closed already. SMH lazy workers. management needs to set expectations with staff

I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. Nicolas even knew my name by the last day I was there. I don’t usually go to Starbucks this often, but when I come back to El Paso, I will be visiting them again.

I’ve ordered several times from this location on DoorDash and wasn’t able to customize my drink. I called the store two days in a row and asked for extra vanilla sweet cream and the employee was extremely rude. He said I needed to make the request on the app and when I said the option wasn’t available he argued that he sees modifications everyday so he knows it’s there. Day two he was even more argumentative and said Ma’am if we’re busy we’re not gonna answer the phone. Said he’d show the delivery driver how to show me how to use the app implying I didn’t know how but driver never shown either. Today I used the actual SB app and called and spoke with Nicolas. Very patient and kind tried walking me through my order and apologized for the other employees attitude. You need more Nicolas’s and please find out who that other gentleman is and don’t ever let him work with customers because he’s terrible at it and he’s gonna drive away your business. Thank you so much Nicholas for being so kind you need a raise.

Stopped to get a blonde roast on drip and it was excellent... Stopped the next day to get the same and it was horrible... Consistency in the drip pours is definitely a problem.

I always feel at home at Starbucks. They have a variety of drinks and even snacks that I like and service is always friendly. The good Wi-Fi connection does not hurt! Recommendation: more rewards for returning customers.
