About 1 hour ago, I was grocery shopping inside this Albertsons and decided to grab my usual order (usual location Redd Rock). The young lady, Andrea repeated it back to me as another drink entirely. I told her I always order it this way. She rolled her eyes and insisted it was the same. I told her clearly that it was fine, but I didn’t want to not like it. She again insisted. Well, you guessed it I hated it. I did not feel comfort complaining to her as I already received such terrible service. Andrea should stick to customers request and leave her pride out of customers orders.

On Oct 2, at 3pm whoever the barista lady is, she has horrible customer service!!!! If management sees this, we can gladly conversate!!!

I guess i rudely interrupted the starbucks baristas as they were having a conversation. I ordered a bag of whole bean coffee, and when i asked for it to be ground FINE for ESSPRESSO, she gave a look of disdain. When i got home, is when I realized they ground it COARSE for COFFEE. I was forced to drink weak esspresso. I've been getting whole bean Starbucks for years now. I'll just get the Cafe Bustelo bricks from now on.

Wish I had read these reviews before having my morning ruined with the young barista lady who was working. I have no idea what caused her to be so rude and passive aggressive, unless being polite and saying “please” and “thank you” is considered offensive in El Paso?
I ordered an Iced quad-Grande americano with light ice in my personal cup. As she was making the drink she filled the cup literally to the brim with ice, so asked in what I consider a nice tone of voice “could you pour out about 3/4th of the ice please? Thanks”.
She did not reply or respond so I thought for a second she did not hear me. Then I hear a loud crash of the ice being flung out of the cup, still no words from her. The attached picture is how the cup was left for me on the bar counter. Still not a word from her in this very uncomfortable experience.
I got right back in line and ordered a cup of water to fill the rest of my cup up with, paying 25 cents. As I waited by the bar for the water, she semi-slammed the cup down, again, no words.
For any future customers I’d like to apologize for the experience you’re more than likely to have as long as this person is working here.
