I usually come here a couple of times a week to grab drinks for my coworkers and I. Like Today, my order is always the usual. 3 Venti Mango Dragon Fruit refreshers, and 1 Venti Pink Drink. I was in a rush, and didn't even think to "check" on my drinks given the fact my order is always good. Well, I get back to work, and can't help but notice my drink looks curdled. I took a sip, and it has a very sour/funky taste to it.

Asked for very light ice on my drinks due to sensitive teeth after getting assaulted and when they came out most of the drink was ice and very little actual drink. Starbucks is getting hella greedy asking for tips and not paying their baristas a living wage like the rest of the workplaces nearby are. I rarely go here now because it’s been more than 3 times they keep adding normal ice to light ice requests and the shrinkage of their Trenta drinks.

Like a month ago I went to this place asking for empty cups and little paper bags to decorate a classroom from Reyes Elementary School, the class was going to talk about sturbucks in the math class. The assistant manager or supervisor morning shift was rude and said, they do not donate anything not even napkins. If sturbucks cannot support the community with cents, then my family and friends are not buying from this company ever again! In our community this place is very popular and make a lot of money. Next time think twice before buying coffee from a place that doesn't support our future leaders and community.
