I got this Americano with extra ice and extra pumpkin cold foam and this is what they gave me. The coffee is hot. No ice and hardly any cold foam. The splash of cold foam that was in there was completely melted. I got it for work and needed this to get me through the day. I threw the entire thing away I’m so upset.

I love this place, but lately they've been making Frappuccinos with very little caramel. If I customise drink they do not follow what I ask for. .

I've spent a ton of time at several coffee shops in several countries around the world, but this location never fails to exceed my expectations.
They go above and beyond to make sure that I am doing good, checking in when I am doing my work (they're not expecting anything from me, just making sure that I am enjoying my stay)
Also, the refill policy is awesome here.
Excellent service and hospitality. I look forward to spending more time at this Starbucks location!

Best Starbucks on the west side of El Paso, super clean the music is not super loud where you can’t even work, and my drinks are always on point, other location the coffee tastes burned and I never have an issue with my drink when I come here

I’m a regular customer at this location but lately I’ve noticed a lot of inconsistency in the flavor of the iced coffee drinks. Sometimes it tastes bitter, sometimes watered down, sometimes too much espresso and it’s become difficult to enjoy. I’m honestly disappointed, as I expect a more consistent experience from Starbucks. I hope this can be addressed moving forward.
I went there after my shift at menchies and was there for about 3 hours. And I have to say wow, please give a raise to the guy with a big beard/mustache and a black beanie and the girl with blue hair on the ends and a lot of pins. The girl was very nice and attentive, friendly and welcoming! The guy had such a nice smile and he was extremely friendly, their service was incredible and outstanding! Despite being there long I was treated equally well and their costumer service was beyond my expectations! They are also very quick and efficient, honestly made my day :)

My husband grinded a bag of coffee for my espresso machine, I know this was grinded wrong so I wanted a different bag because it’s brand new. Barely used.
He was asked for a receipt which he didn’t have because it was a gift. But we’ve been costumers for a really long time and we’ve never had a problem like this. The cashier (who didn’t have a name tag) told him he couldn’t get a new bag without a receipt. My husband left the bag at the store because we have no use for it anyway, and took a different bag we had been waiting to grind and he was going to get charged for it. The accusatory looks were loud.
It’s really sad, we love starbucks.

Gets the job done
Every other local Starbucks I go to gets my customized drink correct, I even order online to give time and direct ingredients for the order. It’s a simple chocolate oat milk with cold foam, I can’t stand the taste of coffee. I can also recognize when coffee is poured into my drink as it creates the drink to be darker colored, so right off the jump I know it’s wrong, then I do a taste test and sure enough it’s coffee. I told the lady at the window this has coffee n is made wrong, she insisted it did not have coffee, it was such an unprofessional interaction to tell a customer. Why would I waste my time sitting there if my drink was correctly made. They had us park and they did quickly remake the drink but the other girl who brought out the drink came and asked for the wrong drink to throw away, she snatched it from my hand then threw it in the trash outside, clearly upset. Will be driving out of my way to stick to the other local Starbucks who get the order right. This has not been the first time they get it wrong but the baristas been much better and understanding when I let them know the drink was made wrong.
