I came in for a Matcha latte today and it’s all I’ve ever ordered for 3 years now and when I was ordering they didn’t ask me for anything I can admit that I forgot to tell them it was iced and not hot but again they never asked me if I wanted it hot or iced and never asked me what milk I wanted or anything. I received my Matcha and it was hot I politely returned it since I am a bit shy when it comes to returning food or drinks. They redo my drink and I take it home since I was in a rush just to taste the matcha and it tasted horrible I can almost assure you they didn’t add milk it tasted like matcha powder and water that’s it!! I’m truly disappointed I’m not the type to write reviews like this but I’m really upset about the whole situation given that it’s set by default that the matcha latte includes milk and for the employees to ask you what you want in your drink.Starbucks is not the cheapest especially for a medium drink and I understand mistakes happen but for the second time it turns into a problem.

Worst coffee ever, they made the most disgusting Frappuccino, it was pretty much a bucket full of peppermint candies!!! Their baristas need more training on making Frappuccino with coffee.

This Starbucks is hands down one of the best in the area! You can tell the difference as soon as you walk in. It’s clean, organized, and the energy is always good. The team is friendly, fast, and actually cares about getting your order right (which says a lot these days).
Huge shoutout to Jessica! She’s the reason this place runs so smoothly. You can tell her crew respects her, and she treats every customer like a regular. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down to get some work done, it always feels welcoming here
