After messing up my drink and asking to correct it, I’m given attitude. Then as I see the girl pour the wrong milk into my drink I tell her and she rolls her eyes. Mistakes happen but these employees will always have attitude if you ask them to correct their own mistakes.

Even though this is a campus Starbucks and not corporate owned, this starbucks is always very fast and relatively busy. The employees here don't get tips even though they should! The only negative comment I have to make about this location is that they are always out of stock of things I like to order, when I have my classes in the evening, which is actually understandable and reasonable.

The drinks are horrible, made me late for class because i had to switched my drink and after two times it still tasted horrible , id rather walk to Starbucks at mesa.

There’s always coffee which is the point of a coffee shop, but if you ask for anything else (Tea, specialized drinks) they will most likely be out of stock. I ordered once for pickup a tea from the app, they accepted the order then when I got there they said “sorry we’re out of stock for that one” it was Monday. Starbucks just needs to properly stock it.

I’m a student at utep and I big fan of starbucks. This place always makes my drinks wrong. Medicine ball with no lemonade, chai tea with no chai! I tried to tell them to fix my drink and they gave me the worst attitude ever.

There machine to scan the app is never working. Waited in line for 20 mins just to be told I couldn't use it.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. They don't understand regular Starbucks lingo so they mess up your drink. I waited 15 minutes for the barista to make me a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher while customers that came after me got their frappuccino and left. I had to ask what happened to my drink. They need to do better there. If they were apologetic for their shortcomings and not have a nasty attitude then I would understand since they are probably working there because of work study. They don't know how to make decent drink and are rude.
