Thank you for the great service! This was my first experience since the new location opened and I really appreciate the friendly service from Michelle and Melissa. Michelle was very kind and found time to ask about my day. I drove to this new location to follow Melissa from her previous Starbucks location. Melissa is a one of a kind, lovely person and not just a great barista. She’s very friendly and always makes customers feel welcome and comfortable when ordering (in any location she’s at). Any Starbucks is lucky to have her. I made another great barista today- Michelle! Thank you to both!!!

Ordered two drinks & a loaf of banana bread, but the workers were too busy chatting to each other to get the order right. Took 15 mins to get 2 refreshers. Something as simple as that & when I mentioned my banana bread I was greeted with confusion. The lady didn’t even take my complete order!! Didn’t even offer to ring me up for it or even apologize!!! This place works faster with only 1 worker! And that 1 worker never got an order wrong! And I was the only customer which speaks volumes about their service!!! DO BETTER!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

First of all, I don’t want anything free. I just want you to retrain your employees so someone doesn’t get sick. When I got there at 10:00 AM, both employees were cleaning, The one that served us was sweeping and moving the trashcan around so I was patient, I understand they have things they have to do, not a problem. did not see her wash her hands, but maybe I missed it. But then she took the order we paid in cash so she had to handle the money and I am pretty sure that she did not wash her hands after taking our money. She went straight to making our drinks and I did question her about washing her hands and she said that she had already done it earlier. When we got our drinks she set them on the counter I said thank you. I didn’t hear if she said anything, but she did not offer straws. I believe she was upset because I questioned her about washing her hands, but she still needs to be professional. I was not rude or loud when I asked her about the hand washing. And yes at the beginning of our interaction she was polite and friendly.
It was amazing, the service was good and the drink was quick and great.
More expensive than the regular Starbucks and they charge $.50 for water cup Rip off

Ordered a venti americano iced, was charged for a chai tea latte and separate shots of espresso. Drink was more expensive, and was more expensive.

Every visit to this Starbucks is always so regretful. The only reason we have to use this location. Is because it’s inside our grocery store and it’s convenient. I order a minimum of 5 days a week to Starbucks and this is the only location with consistently inconsistent service. Everyone here seems so bothered to help. On many occasions when 2 people are working they’d rather finish gossiping and hen even acknowledge clients. Today, the guy working didn’t even look up to acknowledge I was standing there. I assume whatever he was doing on his phone was that much more important than catering to the people trying to make a purchase. Utterly disappointing. Then he looks up and doesn’t even ask what I want so I just started letting him know my order. Only when he noticed I was short is when he tried communicating with me. I know people have a bad day but in all honesty, if they are getting paid to do a job, getting paid to represent your company, the least they can do is try to make what you pay them to do worth keeping them on staff. Seriously, you all need a re-haul. Terrible attitudes.

I ordered a venti iced coffee and it tasted like poison. I went inside and asked them to remake it and they did. The baristas were very polite and my drink was re-made perfectly. They even gave me a pastry.

My experience here was terrible, people here do not know how to make the drinks. All I ordered was a ice white chocolate mocha, taste so terrible.. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location, keep your money…
