I ordered a venti iced coffee and it tasted like poison. I went inside and asked them to remake it and they did. The baristas were very polite and my drink was re-made perfectly. They even gave me a pastry.

Went this past Thursday morning for the launch of the holiday drinks. Paola was extremely helpful in recommending a drink for me and was very welcoming since the moment I walked in. It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays, but it seemed like second nature to her. She also took the time to explain the Starbucks app to me and how to collect stars for all my future visits.Will definitely be coming back to this location because of her!
