stopped in for a cold brew and was rudely told there was none because they closed in an hour !?!!?!?! so i asked for a venti regular coffee and was literally corrected and scolded that there was no cold brew so i snatched a packet of "via" cold brew insant coffee and walked away only to see this barista walk around the counter and sit down with her "friends" and cross her legs, pull her phone out and start scrolling, this barista wouldnt make it in a stand alone corp. starbucks whatsoever she needs to be pulled aside for a 1on1 time was 7:22 pm 11/8/24.

One of the best starbucks places I've been to. The barista was very kind and fast with my drink. My drink was the mocha cookie crumble frap, and it was by far one of the best drinks I've ever had.
Who ever is working the counter today, July 1,2021 at 4pm needs to be fired! I stood in line for 30 minutes while she stood there and talked to her friend. When they ordered she turned around to make their drinks and completely ignored me to make their drinks. Needs to seriously learn customer service.
