Great location really nice staff and helpful,location is perfect size and has lots of tables and you don’t feel crowded like most Starbucks locations that are built now. Drinks made correctly here and not lazy with making drinks.

I asked for decaf espresso. When I tasted the coffee it was too strong and after a while I was feeling the caffeine effect; jittery, sweat and just anxious. Chugged pretty much 3/4 of the coffee down the drain. I don’t know if it was a simple mistake or just intentional to where they just didn’t care what i requested for and gave me regular coffee. Just disappointed I wasted my money into a coffee I could not drink.

I will put 0 stars if that was possible, manger was very rude, no customer service, how are they no bear cups on the day of the launch and they let us sit outside for more than a hour before letting u know they did not receive shipment! Worst experience ever on cup releases

Was in line for 1hr to find out there was no bear cups, i go to this starbucks 7 days for my morning coffee, spoke to couple baristas and many told me they did receive cups, so i was happy to get up early for them to tell us 2 min before opening, a barista with alot of attitude told us they did not receive any bear cups, ?? and that it was 1 cup of the helo kitty collection per customer, how is this possible ?? if they told us they receive some bear cups

This Starbucks always takes forever when I order drinks i always see my drivers waiting at the store for 10+ minutes and they tell me the store isnt making my drink prioritizing other in store customers over me super disrespectful.
