I didn’t know that every time I ordered an Iced Matcha latte I had to make it myself since the baristas just dump the toppings in the cup… not worth $7.70+tax.

I was trying the new Christmas drinks, and instead of getting a flavorful iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk latte, I just got a regular iced coffee without any sugar cookie or almond milk. I expected better service and coffee. And I still left a tip afterwards.
Dietary restrictions: Asked for almond milk and did not recieve that.

I though Starbucks was all about being ‘inclusive happy and FUUN’ but heck no! I told the cashier to put ‘Mr bombastic’ on my cup which he nicely did and chuckled but the batista wasn’t having a good day so she scribbled all over it and just screamed my drink type when it was ready, also gave me quite an evil look. Bad experience ?

Place was crowded, had a little bit of a wait. Located inside a strip mall, there is lots of shopping to see and do. Staff always makes me feel rushed no matter what location. Decided to drive thru since parking lot is highly congested surrounding Starbucks.
Parking: This Starbucks is located on the expansive parking lot that houses multiple business's in a big strip mall. Hardest part is getting onto the lot considering there is multiple directional traffic to look out for. Starbucks is a sharp right into the lot making it harrowing occasionally when it's busy.
