From the moment I entered this location it was nothing but positive vibes. Very peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated how this employee in the picture greeted me immediately. I felt led welcome and appreciated for coming into this location. She was very helpful and polite. I even went back in to order some items for my husband and she was very cheerful. Our interaction made my experience that much better. She actually made me laugh because she thought the review about her was going to be bad. I hope she enjoys this picture and she gets the recognition she deserves. As you can see in the picture she smiles like she actually enjoys being there. I ordered 2 Mango dragon fruit refreshers. One was a venti, and the other was a grande. I asked for no ice, and the cashier charged me $2 on both drinks for ordering without ice. Starbucks, are we charging people now for not ordering ice?

Big Barista Christian is extremely rude and arrogant. I don't get how they would put someone like him as the face of Starbucks even if it is inside an Albertsons. Can't figure out if he's mad that he has to work there, was bullied all his life and getting back at society or if he just has a small prick. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had my drink made incorrectly several times lately at other locations. Barista Jenna Rose at this store made it perfectly!
Jose Cisneros was so rude, I work nearby and will not be coming here again and spending my money somewhere where they are going to ruin my morning!

Baristas in this Starbucks should be taught that it is a must to wash hands after touching and changing the trash. I told the barista i would wait for him to finish and clean and he said no because he would get back to it after my drink. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable drinking it.On another note, they advertise they are open till 9pm but they close the coffee shop at 7:30pm.

Its Saturday, only 3 cars ahead drive thru, 20 min wait, and didn't get order right, unacceptable, usually superb service, I guess wont come on Saturdays .
