I ordered 2 Mango dragon fruit refreshers. One was a venti, and the other was a grande. I asked for no ice, and the cashier charged me $2 on both drinks for ordering without ice. Starbucks, are we charging people now for not ordering ice?

Big Barista Christian is extremely rude and arrogant. I don't get how they would put someone like him as the face of Starbucks even if it is inside an Albertsons. Can't figure out if he's mad that he has to work there, was bullied all his life and getting back at society or if he just has a small prick. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Baristas in this Starbucks should be taught that it is a must to wash hands after touching and changing the trash. I told the barista i would wait for him to finish and clean and he said no because he would get back to it after my drink. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable drinking it.On another note, they advertise they are open till 9pm but they close the coffee shop at 7:30pm.

The staff that works at this Starbucks are the best! They are so friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful in giving me information on how to get my hands on new merchandise and I was able to see their passion for the business and for customers! I appreciate their kindness so much.
Its Saturday, only 3 cars ahead drive thru, 20 min wait, and didn't get order right, unacceptable, usually superb service, I guess wont come on Saturdays .
