Big Barista Christian is extremely rude and arrogant. I don't get how they would put someone like him as the face of Starbucks even if it is inside an Albertsons. Can't figure out if he's mad that he has to work there, was bullied all his life and getting back at society or if he just has a small prick. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

we went to this Starbucks 3 days ago... and we bought a Barbie drink and today we ordered it and this time they did not know(last time they did) so they asked and we told them what it was made of and they made it and just so you know we said the both drinks the same and when the drinks came they did not look at all like the Barbie drink and one of the drinks had no pink in it at all it was all white and tasted very bad and like they did not try this is one of the best drinks I've ever tried till they ruined it...and I had to blend them mysel and add wipt cream .

This Starbucks is such a disappointment! This is the second time where I have ordered a drink and it did not taste how it is supposed to. The first time, I ordered a Chai Tea latte and it tasted so weird- nothing like what I ordered. I could not tell what it was. Coffee or tea? Who knows? Today, my Peppermint Mocha was flavorless - tasting nothing how it's supposed to. My sons Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino tasted terrible. Someone over there does NOT know the recipe. This is the only Starbucks I have encountered here or anywhere else in America where it has been bad like this.

I passed on several Starbucks stores to stop at this one and they failed my expectations. Out of pumpkins bread, offered a pumpkin muffin but failed to tell me it had cream cheese in the middle, and handed me a mask to wear...I am fully vaccinated. I will ensure I pass this store on my way to another.

Jose Cisneros was so rude, I work nearby and will not be coming here again and spending my money somewhere where they are going to ruin my morning!
Baristas in this Starbucks should be taught that it is a must to wash hands after touching and changing the trash. I told the barista i would wait for him to finish and clean and he said no because he would get back to it after my drink. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable drinking it.On another note, they advertise they are open till 9pm but they close the coffee shop at 7:30pm.

The staff that works at this Starbucks are the best! They are so friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful in giving me information on how to get my hands on new merchandise and I was able to see their passion for the business and for customers! I appreciate their kindness so much.

Its Saturday, only 3 cars ahead drive thru, 20 min wait, and didn't get order right, unacceptable, usually superb service, I guess wont come on Saturdays .
