Placed a.m. order for 2 drinks, 1 bagel and 1 turkey/provolone pesto sandwich...Pickup time stated was 7:13 a.m.. Showed up @ 7:19 a.m.. My 15 yr daughter got down to pick up our online order. Everything except breakfast sandwich was ready. She informed me she was just waiting for sandwich. I told her to ask how much longer because I was on my way to drop her off at school and head to work. She asked gentleman how much longer and he asked for receipt.. I then sent her copy of the online receipt...10 mins had already passed, I then got down to inquire since she still hadn't received sandwich. Everyone was busy and a woman looked at me so I informed her we were waiting on sandwich and showed her my receipt....She paused and then said " oh were out of the turkey sandwich, can I get you something else...At this point it was 15-18 mins after my daughter walked in. I replied "why didn't anyone tell my daughter instead of having her stand their and wait..She only replied " can I get you a ham and cheese sandwich. I told her yes however we were in a hurry because I had to get my daughter to class...While my daughter was waiting for her sandwich she asked "Brenda if she could get utensils and she replied in a rude manner...hold up...My daughter is 15 yrs of age and was surprised by her rude customer service. So not only was there no communication that the store was out of the requested sandwich, she stood there waiting with no one to assist her to correct the issue until I had to get down.. Starbucks should not condone nor allow this behavior towards their customers. Very dissatisfied customer!

Normally this location is good but for some reason even after ordering 4 drinks and a pastry the lady was very upset to give my husband stevia packets. Like it was asking too much. The guy at the window was very kind as usual.

Stepping into Starbucks for the first time the other day was both exciting and a tad intimidating. However, any anxiety I had was quickly put at ease by the friendly demeanor of the barista behind the counter, Isaac. From the moment I approached the counter, Isaac greeted me with a genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Despite being busy, he took the time to patiently guide me through the menu, offering recommendations and answering my questions with enthusiasm. He didn't just take my order; he engaged in genuine conversation, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. His genuine interest in ensuring I had a pleasant experience was truly heartwarming. I'm already looking forward to coming back, knowing that Isaac's exceptional service will make each visit memorable.

I used to go to this Starbuck's almost twice daily with my partner, but I will not give them our business anymore. We went through the drive through about 3:00 today the 22nd of November. I had my 6 pound Chihuahua with me, who normally does not go with us. I was seated in the passenger seat of our vehicle ready to order one drink which takes only seconds to do. The lady who was to take our order said that our dog's barking was hurting everyone's ears through their headphones. I felt she had a condescending tone which I did not appreciate. She could have been much nicer about it. I don't have a muzzle to put on my dog. Perhaps it would have been better to just take our order and be done with us. I decided not to order anything at all, and then had to wait in the drive through line to leave. Bad customer service! You lost two loyal customers. Perhaps more training is needed for certain employees.

Taking into consideration that it's red cup day, the managers on duty are RUDE and not helpful at all. Waiting on coffee for 40 minutes is unacceptable. Food for thought when launching a promotion, STAFF accordingly!
